Clear Cleaning

Clear Cleaning handles gutter cleaning and related exterior work for homes in Richmond, Texas. Parker and Marshall run the company and take on jobs that include clearing gutters, soft washing house exteriors, pressure washing driveways and pool decks, and washing windows inside and out along with screens. They cover Richmond and nearby spots such as Houston, Katy, and Rosenberg, showing up for both routine maintenance and bigger cleanups ahead of events or home sales.

Homeowners call them in when gutters are clogged, patios are stained, or windows have built up dirt and cobwebs that block light. Parker and Marshall have cleared wrap-around gutters right before storms, removed mold from brick, and restored driveways and sidewalks that looked weathered. In one case they handled a full exterior soft wash plus interior and exterior windows for a mother’s home. In another they tackled a backyard with dead bugs and cloudy glass, leaving the space brighter after power washing the patio and cleaning every screen.

They answer calls quickly and often book the next day or within two days after an inspection and quote. Customers note fair prices, on-time arrivals, and careful handling of furniture and belongings. The team explains each step, answers questions, and finishes with a full cleanup that sometimes includes washing the street in front of the house. Work stays within the hours that fit the customer’s schedule, and they add small extras at no charge when it makes sense for the job.

Reviews give them top marks for being detailed, polite, and reliable on every visit. Repeat customers mention the same care on second jobs, and the volume of feedback highlights consistent results on gutters, windows, and concrete surfaces. DIRT Score 4.9 from 234 reviews on Finds.

“Had long overdue pressure washing of my driveway entry way sidewalk curb and brick on front of my home(also had mold on portion of brick). I am very satisfied with the outcome. Some places on the brick around the doorway were pointed out that I hadn’t noticed(I’m very detailed oriented), so I was very appreciative. Everything was explained in detail before hand, and my questions answered. Time was taken not rushed through out the cleaning process. Yes, I recommend Clear Cleaning for thoroughness and detailed attentiveness.”

“Parker was so easy to work with. I needed service on short notice, and he was able to support. He came out to inspect the house, provided a quote, and then provided service two days later. My patio, porch, and driveway look so much better! Thanks again!”
