“I would like to commend Jimmy Pace and all the working crew members of Halls Roofing for their patience, guidance and top notch work they did to completely help us restore the outside of our home, here in NW Austin! I would highly recommend anyone needing assistance to call Jimmy. He definitely was heaven sent! Linda D-Williams”

“Wes is great and the work they do is solid. I recommend them for all projects. The roof is great, as is the paint job, gutters, and small repair work. Thank you HRC!”

“My roof and the roof of my storage shed got wrecked by hail earlier this year. Jimmy and Hall Roofing were amazing -- thorough, informative, fast, high quality work. There was never a point where I was worried about anything once I hired them. On top of that, there were a couple unexpected wrinkles on my end involving insurance and payment, and they were incredibly patient and supportive. I'm so thankful to them for their hard work and support. I enthusiastically recommend Hall Roofing without any hesitation. They're great.”

“We had an excellent experience with Hall Roofing after a hailstorm damaged our roof and gutters. Michelle was fantastic—she handled the inspection, guided us through the insurance process, and helped us choose the right materials. We decided on black shingles, and the new roof looks stunning—it really stands out! The workmanship was top-notch. Melissa in the office was also incredibly helpful, especially when it came to coordinating repairs after some tree trimmers caused additional gutter damage. Thanks to the whole team at Hall Roofing for your professionalism and high-quality work. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this company! We have referred numerous customers to HRC over the years and have also used their services on our own home as well. Erik and Michelle run an excellent, reliable company with wonderful customer service. Doing business within our local community is important to us and HRC continues to provide top notch service to Round Rock and all over Texas.”

“We got hit bad by a recent hail storm and from word of mouth, we knew to call Hall right away. Jimmy got to our house within the hour and confirmed the roof would need to be replaced. This our first time filing a home owners insurance claim and it was all very overwhelming. Jimmy helped explain everything to us and assured us they would help us through the entire process from start to finish. We had a lot of questions and Jimmy always answered every call/text quickly and helped explain to us in a way we could understand. We just got our new roof put on and the crew that should up was very friendly and professional and the clean up was great. When I got home the only reason I could tell anyone had been working on our house is because we now have a beautiful new roof, they left no other trace. We bought our home 5 years ago as a new build and it looks ten times better than the original roof did! Thank you Jimmy and thank you Hall Construction! We hope we don’t need another roof for a very long time but until then, I will recommend Hall Construction to everyone I meet.”

“We hired Hall Roofing to replace our roof and oversee other repairs caused by a large hailstorm. They did an amazing job and impressed us at every turn, ensuring the job was completed on time and on budget. We highly recommend them!!”

“We had an excellent experience with Hall Roofing and Construction. They replaced our roof, gutters, and contracted to do a repair/paint job on our pergola and arbor for a very good price. I highly recommend this company. They know how to work with insurance companies.”

“Have had them out to the house twice. Roof got hit by hail. Robert came out and helped us with everything. Recently our air conditioner pan broke and leaked all over. HRC was there and got everything put back together for us. I would not take my business anywhere else.”

“Since my previous review, Hall Roofing & Construction has installed roofs on 3 of my properties. They are professional, fast, and deliver on what they promise. Really can't say enough about how great these folks are. Super impressed with Hall Roofing & Construction all the way around. Most importantly they were HONEST with their assessment. They were quick to respond to my needs, thorough with inspection, and seamless with repairs. Love how they took and shared before, during and after photos of the work. Strongly recommend!!!!”

“I am normally a DIYer. However, I am getting up there in years and heights are not my forte. A storm came and hit the area. I lost shingles and water entered home. I had solicitors coming to my home and asking to inspect my roof and telling me I should immediately contact my insurance to cover some cost for repair. I hate solicitors and trust none, but i did take their suggestion and filed a claim. I went to book a company that I passed by all the time and is popular, but they were booked a week out it appeared. I then started Googling and came across Hall, who had over 4 stars. I then checked Bbb.com and they had an A+ rating doing business since 2012. I emailed and they promptly responded. Came out and told me an insurance claim was not necessary because their cost would be about 1/10th of my deductible. They came and fixed my roof quickly on the appointment date and I feel like they were not rushing the repair. Had wrong color shingles initially and went back to shop to get the right ones. I am extremely happy. Don't trust door knock roofing solicitors. Call a highly rated Company that has been around since 2012 with great customer service all around. I know I'm ”

“I had a great experience with Hall Roofing replacing my roof from damage during the September 2023 hail storm. Jason and the crew did a great job with the replacement, and also went above and beyond to help repair some wood rot on my chimney. I would definitely recommend Hall!”

“We had Hall roofing out after a bad hailstorm. They were prompt in coming out to take a look. Robert was on time and great at communicating everything that needed to be done. The crew was on time and hard working. They replaced some rotted wood after taking the gutters down, and even took the time to pressure wash the driveway after the job was done. I would recommend Hall roofing to anyone, every time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. With all the rain that hit recently, they still have my roof done before all my neighbors.”

“Hall roofing did an amazing job for us. After we experienced a bad hail storm, they promptly came out to inspect our roof. We had 2.5” divots and our roof was totaled. They were great at communicating and explained everything to us. Hall roofing kept us up to date on any changes that needed to be made due to weather. The guys that came to replace our roof were on time, extremely nice and professional. At one point I had ran out to do some grocery shopping and dropped my credit card. They found it and alerted me before I had left. They’re hard working, dependable, honest and LOCAL!! They did exactly what they had agreed to do and showed up when they said they would. I’d recommend them to anyone!!”

“Erik and his team were great to work with. They were on time and handled all the details from insurance to making sure we were satisfied with the completed work. Wes was our Project Manager and kept us informed during each step of the process. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and highly recommend Hall Roofing and Construction.”

“The Hall Roofing has a highly professional team, that uses high quality roofing and gutter products. Erik Hall was very efficient with the initial inspection and estimate. His professional skill in dealing with my home insurance company was impressive. I recommend Hall Roofing and Construction to anyone looking for a top quality job.”

“After a major hail storm I met with many roofing contractors and construction groups to discuss my home restorations. Hall Roofing and Construction was far and away the best choice I could have made. They took the initiative to patch a bad spot on our old roof while we decided on our new roof. They were able to work with us and our insurer to give us a new roof, gutters, screens, repainted the exterior of our house and stained our deck. Their crews were professional, considerate, and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Erik and the professionals at Hall Roofing and Construction.”

“The best experience we have ever had in dealing with a Roofing Company! Hall Roofing assigns you you own Project Manager, ours was Mike Bonicoro. The Project Manager works with you to handle all issues, and ensures you are satisfied before the job is complete. We had them paint the house, replace the garage doors and replace the gutters in addition to the new roof. Totally satisfied with all repairs... AND then the company sent someone to powerwash the driveway and patio. AMAZING!!!”

“Our family is extremely appreciative of Hall Roofing & Construction services. Jeremy provided consul of the process of choosing the proper roofing products to working with our insurance company. I was impressed with honest assessment and highly recommend HRC to anyone. Many Thanks!!”
