“Absolutely Amazing Work & Customer Service! My name is Kathy Wilson and I live in Fort Worth TX. I am so happy with my beautiful new gate! The workmanship is outstanding, and I love the rich wood color and the beautiful black hardware. It has completely changed the look of my backyard entrance and gives it such a warm, finished appearance. What impressed me even more than the beautiful gate Best Roofers Solar has completed, is the roof replacement and hail damage repairs. Best Roofers Solar walked us through the whole process, leaving no stone unturned. They are even going to continue staining the fence along the side of my street in Richland Hills and match it to the color of my new gate — That speaks volumes about the kind of person he is and the pride he takes in his work. It is not every day that you come across someone who is willing to go above and beyond for a customer simply because he wants to do something good. I am extremely grateful and excited to see the finished fence! If you are looking for someone who does beautiful, quality work and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend this Best Roofers Solar for all your storm damage repairs and general contracting ”

“We had an excellent experience with Best Roofer Solar, and a big reason was our restoration consultant, Dennis Frey. From our very first conversation, Dennis stood out because of his impeccable integrity and follow through. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept every commitment he made, and made us feel confident throughout the process. If you’re looking for a company you can trust, I highly recommend Best Roofer Solar and especially Dennis Frey.”

“Five stars for Best Roofer Solar in Burleson. We needed storm damage roof repair after strong winds damaged our shingles and gutters. David explained the roof replacement proposal, answered all our questions and helped organize the inspection photos requested by our insurer. We appreciated his honesty and regular updates. The crew left our property tidy and David followed up afterwards to make sure our concerns were addressed. Highly recommended.”

“We have had some recent hail and wind damage to our roof and were nervous about the cost of a roof replacement. Micah was great! He came out and did a free inspection and then went over all the details with us and explained the entire process and answered all our questions. He has made the experience as easy and painless as possible!”

“Best Roof and Solar has exceeded my expectations as a contractor. They have negotiated additional repairs to our home in addition to roof repair that my wife and I were not expecting. They scrutinized our home and discovered hail damage we would never have known about. I am so glad to be led to them, it is surely a divine appointment. Their salesman Micah was the most thorough representative I have ever encountered in my 73 years.”

“BRS worked very hard to ultimately get a damage award for my entire roof when Allstate insurance wanted only to award an initially very small amount. I did almost nothing in the whole process except sit back and watch. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend! There was a challenge during the process when they unfortunately had to go through a personnel change and I lost the guy that I initially worked with, but the owner himself, Mark Richardson, personally managed my roof replacement and made sure everything went smoothly. It is very clear he cares about his customers!”

“PLEASE READ Do NOT hire this company for anything. They almost killed my family due to pure negligence, bad business practice, and bad people in management. No permit was pulled, the ventilation was not hooked back up post install(which would’ve resulted in my house exploding if the heater were to kick on). Because no permit was pulled, a gas leak lingered for 2 weeks before it was caught by us and we had to bring in a 3rd party to resolve. The 3rd party had to get involved because reaching someone within the company is virtually impossible. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone because again, YOU ALMOST KILLED MY FAMILY and did nothing to fix it, no apologies, nothing, literally crickets. So, if you’re looking for a roofer based upon reviews, keep looking. I don’t know how a service could go any worse. 0 stars, Mark this is on you. Had to pay for a repair not even a year after install and can’t get ahold of anyone to receive payment for having a legit company come out and fix.”

“Best Roofer Solar General Contractors LLC truly exceeded our expectations with the work they completed on our roof in Azle TX. From the first conversation to the final inspection, the entire experience felt smooth, organized, and surprisingly stress-free. Dennis Frey was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand, creating a sense of confidence and trust throughout the process. He took the time to answer questions, explain each step, and made us feel like we were in good hands from beginning to end. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and delivered outstanding workmanship with great attention to detail. You can immediately tell when a company genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction, and Best Roofer Solar absolutely delivered on both. Finding a roofing contractor you can truly trust is not always easy, but this team made the decision feel effortless. I would highly recommend Best Roofer Solar to anyone in Lewisville looking for a dependable, honest, and highly professional roofing company.”
