Window Hero Southlake

Window Hero Southlake takes on gutter cleaning and gutter guard work in Southlake Texas. Jacob and Isabella Droessler run the company and send crews out for gutter services along with related exterior cleaning for homes and businesses. The outfit covers Southlake plus Grapevine Colleyville Keller Roanoke Trophy Club and Westlake.

Customers call them for jobs like clearing out second story gutters and downspouts that have collected leaves and debris over time. Crews also handle power washing on driveways retaining walls and patios near the gutters plus roof cleaning and sanitation on pitched slate surfaces. Technicians such as Michael Tyler Ethan Logan and Cash finish these tasks without damaging screens or leaving messes behind and they adjust gutters where needed during the visit.

Reviewers say the crew responds fast to schedule requests and keeps in touch about arrival times and progress. They show up punctual work efficiently and keep prices reasonable for the amount of surface covered. The same teams return every few months for repeat residential jobs and handle both homes and some commercial buildings across the listed towns.

“UPDATE: I am revising this post and turning my original review from three stars to five stars. You can see my original post below where I had issues. But I will say the owner reached out to me the same day I made the review. He had his guys come back out the next day and re-clean all the windows and called me to confirm everything was done to my satisfaction. He apologized for not being able to come himself to take care of it, but he was out of town on another job. I appreciate the company’s desire to make the customer happy and quickly correct any oversight on their part. I am pleased with the work they did and their attention to detail. My experience began great. The owner was quick to answer my request for a quote. He came out the same day even. He was also very willing to try to get me in earlier than originally scheduled. I was trying to get my windows cleaned before putting up my Christmas decorations and he was able to make that happen. When the workers came out, they also were very kind. Very conscientious of my home and making sure they cleaned up behind themselves, not tracking stuff in on their feet when they came in, Etc. Up to that point my entire experience was great”

“Great attention to detail, was on time for both the quote and the day of service. Very professional and provided high quality work. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for window cleaning and power washing.”

“Michael showed up right on time this morning and did an excellent job. We had some screens that were a bit of a problem to remove. He treated them so carefully I was amazed. He cleaned and adjusted our gutters. He communicated well about what he was doing as the project went along and completely cleaned the area before leaving. I would definitely use Window Hero Southlake again and Michael would be my first request.”
