“Highly recommend Dustin and his crew from Space City Washing. Recently had his team pressure wash our driveway and sidewalks in response to a HOA letter. Also had them do some 2nd story siding cleaning for us. Dustin is professional, courteous and always on time. Does a quality job for a fair price!”

“Dustin and his crew were amazing!!! I had a roof repair made and the new shingles were stark in comparison to my old. Dustin came out and within an hour my roof looked new and the repair blended seamlessly! They did a great job protecting my plants and koi pond. Can’t recommend enough!”

“Dustin and crew power washed my driveway, walkways, curbs, and rear pool area decks. He also soft washed and chemically treated my house. It's the best my property has looked since I purchased it in 2013. Thanks Dustin!”

“Space City Washing did a wonderful job. First of all they were on time and very efficient. They power washed my driveway - my daughter immediately saw the difference when she drove up to my home - and she notices nothing!! It also smelled great after the power wash. My back patio looks like brand new. They moved the planters and chairs and placed everything back in its place. Reasonably priced!! Dustin is such a delightful and joyful person. Great attitude. I highly recommend this company. I plan on calling them to clean my windows and dryer duct.”

“Dustin hit a home run. Our house was going on the market Monday morning and he was able to squeeze us into his schedule on short notice. He did great work, very thorough, and everything looked great when he was finished. Would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for soft washing or pressure washing.”

“Hands down the best experience I’ve had hiring someone to wash our windows, driveway and solar panels. Dustin’s vibe was immaculate; we got on like peas and carrots and he catered to my window cleaning nit-picky prefences with ease and skill. 10 out of 10 just give them money lol no regrets.”

“5 Star all the way!!! Fantastic and quick quoting and communication! Very reasonable and fair prices. Dustin and his crew are super friendly, prompt and professional! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!”

“The entire experience with Dustin and Space City Washing was top notch from beginning to end. They were very responsive, came when they said they would, had very fair pricing, and performed quality work. I have found that to be very rare in today’s world. “Fast expert help at cleaning up my second floor roof and gutters. Many others wont, but Space City will - everything is super clean and well maintained. Reasonable rates, and friendly service too. Didn’t try to upsell. Just honest good work!”

“Dustin has my outdoor spaces prestine and summer party ready! Keeping a yearly maintenance schedule has preserved the luxury of my outdoor living; from the brick on the house, driveway to the balcony and common areas are all to high quality customer satisfaction. See you again in Spring!”

“I had an excellent experience with Space City Washing. Getting a quote online was super easy, communication and scheduling was clear. Dustin is a super upbeat and friendly guy. Responsive. I did a wash of the exterior home and he was careful to not damaging things. Asked me to walk through the exterior afterward to point out any areas he missed, which he happily took care of. I plan to ask them to come back in a few months to power wash the pavers/sidewalk/driveway.”

“I highly recommend Space City Washing for their fair pricing, prompt communication, and exceptional customer service. There are A LOT of pressure-washing companies out there to choose from. After cross-referencing neighborhood reviews with online reviews under deadline because of an HOA notification, I decided on SCW. When I submitted my request for an estimate, Dustin responded through their online platform and by text within the hour and had an estimate for me by the afternoon. I was actually shocked at how reasonable it was, considering another company in the past had quoted me a price 4x the SCW estimate. Dustin and his partner came out the very next afternoon and finished our extensive driveway, front sidewalk/curbs, and backyard flagstone patio/fire pit area—all in about an hour or so! Typically takes us days to get this done;). I'll be using SCW in the future.”

“Dustin at Space City Washing was outstanding from start to finish. He was timely, courteous, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We hired him for exterior cleaning and a soft wash roof treatment, and the results were incredible. The soft wash roof application was pure magic. Our 9-year-old roof had visible algae and black streaking, and Dustin’s process was quick, safe, and completely noninvasive. When he finished, the roof looked brand new. It honestly transformed the appearance of our home. He also cleaned our windows, and when a painting project kept him from reaching several of the inside windows, he came back on Sunday to finish the job. That level of service says a lot about his character and professionalism. If you are looking for roof soft washing, window cleaning, house washing, or exterior cleaning in the area, I highly recommend Dustin and Space City Washing. Outstanding person, great character, and a phenomenal product.”

“Dustin and his crew completed a power washing job at our home this morning and did an outstanding job. On time, professional and very efficient. Highly recommend.”

“Dustin and Ryan are our power wash guys year after year, with great pricing. They ALWAYS do a beautiful job, are always on time, and always diligent in returning all furniture, pots, etc. to their original spots. WE LOVE THESE GUYS!”

“Space City arrived on the promised time. After a greeting an estimated time to complete, they went to work. They did a grest job of cleaning driveway and walkways. Met with Dustin to settle payment as hoses were reeled up 14 seconds longer than his estimate!!”
