Trinity Pressure Washing LLC

Trinity Pressure Washing LLC handles gutter cleaning and pressure washing work in Spring, Texas. Aaron runs the company and his crew takes care of houses, roofs, driveways, patios, sidewalks, windows and soft washing on siding. Reviewers mention jobs that include clearing years of mildew, moss, rust stains and pollen buildup along with gutter work.

Customers describe homes that sat untouched for decades turning clean after the crew removed black roof discoloration and dark brick. Driveways and walkways covered in mold or algae came out looking new, and some patios and siding got rust and dirt cleared without extra upsells. Aaron and Mike get called out by name for arriving on schedule and finishing the work without damaging plants or property.

The crew gives fast quotes that land at reasonable prices, shows up the next day after booking, and keeps communication clear through the job. They cover the Spring area, sometimes throw in roof cleaning at no added cost, and finish quickly while answering questions and staying respectful of the house and yard.

Most reviews praise the results, punctuality and fair pricing even when a few mention problems with follow-up or damage. Google lists 4.9 from 155 reviews.

“Beware of this company. They are definitely not an honest company. I recently used them for my back patio. They sent a newbie worker to come spray my patio. The water seeped in thru the top of the trim and damaged my $2000 rolling shades. I got a quote for the damaged ones that had to be replaced which was nearly $700. I requested Aaron the owner cover half for the mistake. Had an experienced worker came to do it they would’ve not sprayed the top of the trim door and my sliding window which I had not asked the to spray! Anywho Aaron and his company chose not to correct their wrong doings. He can say it was a structural issue or whatever else…. Even myself who doesn’t “professionally” power wash patios knows not to spray along the top of the door trim in case it isn’t sealed properly.Take this as you may but I will not be using them EVER again. Not to mention my driveway looks the same as before! Waste of money. He also mentioned sending someone over to professionally clean them. Guess what? That didn’t happen either.”

“My house had not had a pressure washing in over 50 yrs. The roof was almost a black color, brick was dark, sidewalk and driveway was dark. Trinity Pressure Washing wiped put the mildew and green moss and left a clean look and smell outside the house. They did a fantastic job!!”

“Professional, responsive, fantastic customer service. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend! Aaron was amazing to work with.”

“I am a very happy customer ! Aaron and his crew are professional and punctual. Cleared about 2 years worth of rust stains on the siding. They pointed out where it could possibly be coming from, making me much happier ! I will definitely use them again ! Thank you !!!! 5🌟”

“Giving this team 5 Stars. I used them for the first time and I am completely satisfied. The quote was fast and very reasonable. Once I said, "let's do it", they were out within a day. The work they did was exceptional and I'll definitely be calling them again soon.”

“They did a great job for us. Showed up when they said they would. Referred a painter to help get competitive bids and cleaned my driveway even though it was not part of quote.”

“Aaron and his team did an awesome job on my house and made it look amazing! These guys are very professional and true to their word with no hidden fees or upsells at the last minute. Highly recommend!!! Here are some before and after photos….”

“The first visit was actually really good however they have not kept any appointments since then. Its always a no show. I have tried reaching out via email and phone calls several times with no response. So at this point we are not going to be using them again.”

“Super professional team! My windows are spotless after winter and house painting. I highly recommend Trinity!”

“Fantastic job, superlative service, easy invoicing!! My place looks brand new, no joke! Thank you, TPW!! TRINITY PRESSURE WASHING.”

“The team did a fantastic job! They worked quickly, were polite & conscientious. What a difference the pressure washing did to the house!! I highly recommend Trinity Pressure Washing!”

“Normally I don't hire companies that solicit at my door, but I am very glad that I made an exception in this case. The estimate to clean my gutters was reasonable, communication was excellent, and the crew arrived on time. In addition to the gutters, they cleaned the entire roof at no extra charge, a service that my normal roofer charges $200 for. When Aaron heard that my neighbor was incapacitated he cleaned my neighbors roof without being asked, and at no charge. I highly recommend Trinity Pressure Washing.”

“The HOA was bent out of shape over some discoloration on the back of the house. I took the pressure washer to it and it didn’t make a dent. Trinity came out, did a soft wash, and it looks brand new. I also had them do the roof, clean the gutters, and a few windows upstairs. They were knowledgeable and polite. We rarely go in the back yard and didn’t realize how bad it was. What a difference!!”

“Trinity Pressure Washing did an AMAZING job the first time I used them. Mike arrived on time, was very professional, and did a fantastic job. The second time I used them, they were a disaster. I complained to the owner, but was ultimately left unimpressed. I would not and do not plan to use them again. Disappointing that they lost an otherwise happy customer.”

“I recently hired Trinity Pressure Washing LLC to pressure wash my driveway and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and thorough. They transformed my driveway, by removing all the dirt and stains, making it look brand new. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of quality pressure washing. Great job!”

“We are very happy with the service we got from Trinity Pressure Washing. Our house had yellowed from two years of tree pollen and our driveway had dark patches from mold/algae. They transformed both to like-new condition. The crew was professional and super careful around our plants and landscaping. Great pricing for excellent work. Highly recommend.”
