“Chad and his team have provided services for several of my residential listings. I recommend Maximum is because they consistantly provide 5 star service. Communication is always on point. They show up on time and complete the job by the deadline we negotiate. They are priced fair and competitive, never leave a muddy mess at the jobsite, never make me feel like the job is too small! They provide me with photos of the work, before and after, which is something my clients also love! Top tier service, I cannot rave enough about this company!”

“We reached out to Maximum Pressure Washing, in a pinch, we needed our Manufacturing Facility and Warehouse Pressure Washed to avoid cross contamination for some stainless work we have coming up. I reached out to Chad who responded promptly and showed up within a day of the call. He came out and surveyed the job and had an estimate for us that same day. We got approval for the project with an understanding from him that once it was a go, we would need it to be completed quickly as we have customers awaiting to see the space and award the project. Chad and his team showed up yesterday and worked tirelessly for 18 hours and got it done. We came in this morning to a clean smelling, wayyyy cleaner shop. To give you an idea this building was built in the 80's so 30+ years of buildup, grease, adhesive and all sorts of grim and organic matter. Chad used his knowledge and a hearty mix of products to eliminate the issues we had going on, leaving us with not only a clean space, but free of contaminants, and provided us with documentation to provide to our client! Thanks Chad and team for your diligent and eficient work, if you have a project big or small, trust these guys will attack the j”

“I just wanted to say thank you so much to Chad Roebuck at MAXIMUM PRESSURE WASHING. Chad was quick to respond to my initial quote request. I received an extremely reasonable estimate the same day - which came about $25 less than other companies in the area. Plus, he offered a VETERAN DISCOUNT too! A week later, my entire home in Montgomery (plus the patio, driveway and sidewalk) were pressure washed. It was a dramatic improvement and the job was done quickly. He cleaned up about 5 years of neglect from the previous owners. The house and property look brand new!
