From our initial inspection and consultation with Carlos Jr. and Jonah, through the installation itself led by Carlos Sr., the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Our house looks fantastic, and the new 6" gutters should make a real difference during heavy rain. I could have found a cheaper roofer, but I wanted a company with a long track record and strong reviews, both online and with the Better Business Bureau. Sugar Roofing checked every box. I highly recommend them, give them a try.”

“I had a great experience with Sugar Roofing, Brian V did a great job in getting a quote for a complete Roofing job and taking us over what to expect. And the Roofing crew led by Carlos Elizondo SR was extremely good. He also took us over what was going to be done and what all we could expect. He toured us around and explained all he did after it was complete. He also notified us each time he did something to make sure it was what we wanted. “Sugar Roofing is the truth. My amazing experience began by scheduling with Maribel, who provided intentional communication to inform us of arrival updates. It’s sometimes hard to work with home repair companies, you don’t know who to trust. I purchased my home in 2020, and the roof was replaced in 2019. I was told by another company that I needed a new roof because of lack of ventilation. Jonah with Sugar Roofing gave me the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with home repairs. He showed me videos and images of what he saw and I felt confident in his assessment. He was friendly, approachable, and very easy to talk to. He encouraged questions and made sure we understood everything. Even though it turns out I do not need a new roof today, I am now forever a customer of Sugar Roofing and I will tell everyone I know.”

“Had my roof done by Sugar Roofing and honestly expected a lot more for what I paid. They were expensive, but after seeing them on ABC13, I figured I was going with a reputable company that would stand behind their work. Now I have a leak and have been trying to get ahold of Carlos to get it fixed, but nobody has gotten back to me. Carlos Jr. has basically ghosted me. It’s frustrating spending that kind of money and not even getting a response when there’s a problem. Seems like they care more about advertising than taking care of their customers. I expected better service and communication, but clearly that wasn’t the case. Save yourself some money and take your business elsewhere. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.”

And to add to that we had to get our hot water heater replaced and the vent on the roof now needed to be re-caulked. He was very polite very friendly gave me an estimate. I called about a week later to try to move forward with the proposal. My calls and text messages were ignored.
