“Brody and his team came out and completed a pretty major roof repair on the fourth floor. Work was completed quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. The crew handled all clean up and you’d never know they were there. While he was quoting me for the roof (which was accurate and very detailed), I had him complete a turf installation on my deck. As with the roof itself, the work was performed quickly, to an impeccable level, and at remarkably reasonable price. The team here is communicative, professional, and most importantly, honest. These two tasks were done the old school way, with a handshake. I’ll be recommending the team to friends, family, and coworkers. What a refreshing home repair transaction from start to finish.”

“After suspecting a roof leak, I reached out to RTI being a local roofing contractor with great reviews. Nick Chaves was at my home the same day, inspected the roof and provided temporary repairs until my roof could be replaced. RTI had competitive pricing against my bids along with the best warranty of all class 4 systems/contractors bid. Within 1 week of being awarded the work, Nick had our roof installed. Nick was the PM and ensured a good onsite interface, the install was very efficient and the crews cleaned up well. “A++++++++ Awesome experience from start to finish. My vent jacks and dryer vent cap were made of plastic and got completely chewed through by squirrels exposing my attic to the elements. Brody surveyed the damage and made a solid plan in under 12 hours. He had a roofing team member out to fix and reseal shortly thereafter and I’m very happy that when the rain came my roof was water tight again! We chose RTI from a narrowed selection of top 3 pros we generated from the Certainteed Shingle Manufacturer website based on star ratings and reviews, Certainteed credential length of time as a "Select Shingle Master", and personal interaction with each during free roof inspections and discussion of detailed procedures for roof replacement. BBB Accredited Business and A+ rating, and Insurance verified. Certainteed website was chosen for finding a Pro because initially we thought we were going to use Certainteed shingles. David Sanchez was our roofing specialist/project manager. He was knowledgeable, professional, a pleasure to work with, always responsive to our questions. David did the initial inspection and confirmed hail damage on multiple slope sections of our roof and took pictures. He took the time to be there at my request to answer any questions Insurance had when I filed my claim and also made himself available to meet with the 3rd party inspection adjuster and made sure that all damage was noted and yet being professional and allowing the adjuster to do his job. “I’m a home inspector and I had a first hand look at their work inside of an attic space, and I was impressed. Most of the time I see new roofs and gaps left around appliance pipes that penetrate the roof, flashing that was not replaced, and damaged roof decking that was not replaced. These are things a home owner would probably never notice and many roofers can get away with taking the short cuts, but not this company. Inside this attic all of the roof penetrations (vent pipes, appliance pipes) were sealed, the flashing was new, and I thought, “this company did it right, I’d like to know who did this.” As it happened, Brody Sabiston drove up while I was outside, and we chatted a bit about the quality of their work. He was following up on a job for a neighbor. Now how many roofing companies are still there for you after the job is done? Not many. “Brody came out, listened carefully, and verified the leak we had experienced. He provided a quote, we accepted it, and he completed the work before the next forecasted rainfall. A few short months later, another leak appeared—one that defied logic. Once again, Brody inspected the area, took photos, and searched for the source. Although it wasn’t raining at the time and the path of the leak couldn’t be confirmed, he identified the most likely culprit and applied sealant. He chose well. “I was required to replace my roof when I changed insurance carriers. Upon inspection, it was revealed that the age of the roof (10 yrs) was showing problems after Hurricanes Harvey and Beryl. Loose shingles and missing tabs. I received bids from three contractors and chose Rooftop Innovations. David Sanchez took the time to explain the process and update my knowledge of the roofing process which was severely outdated. The crew arrived as planned and were quick and thorough. During the old roof removal and then the new installation, the area was not littered with undue debris. The repair was completed in approximately six hours and when they departed you would not have known they had ever been there. If roofing repairs or other structural projects are in the planning stages I would highly recommend getting quotes from this company before deciding on who will complete your projects.”
