Window Genie of Waco

Window Genie of Waco takes on gutter cleaning along with window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday light work, and window tinting in Waco, Texas. Catt Witt and her husband run the operation and handle scheduling and quotes for these jobs. The business covers exterior services that keep homes looking maintained year round.

Homeowners call them for backed up gutters that get cleared so water flows right again. Crews also clean windows inside and out, wash siding and carports, install and repair Christmas lights on roof lines, and apply solar tint to cut energy costs. Techs named Zack, Tony, Victor, Zachary, and Mike show up for these tasks and handle extras like wasp nests or missed spots without extra hassle.

They answer calls the same day, send quotes after measuring, and finish most jobs in one visit. Prices stay competitive with other local outfits, crews arrive on time, and they return fast when something needs a second look. Work stays in the Waco area with clear updates from start to finish.

Reviews give them a 4.8 rating and highlight crews who stay polite, clean up after themselves, and deliver solid results on windows, gutters, and lights. Repeat customers mention using them yearly for windows or seasonal lighting because the crews know the homes and get the details right.

“The 2 technicians with Window Genie were polite, professional and did a great job cleaning our windows. We will definitely be using them again in the fall!!!”

“We had Window Genie come out to do our Holiday Lights at our new home because I wanted to decorate, but I had no desire to do it myself. It was an easy process to get the service scheduled and completed. They came out to measure the roof line, then sent a quote. Once the service was booked they came out and did the work in a single day. There were a few lights that did not work when I turned it on, so I reached out and received a response within minutes. They came out and fixed the lights and now we are so happy with how they look. Great work!”

“Great customer service - excellent communication - and good competitive prices! Service personnel and our overall experience with our window cleaning was very pleasant. Our family certainly intends to be a repeat customer annually for our window cleaning needs.”

“Window genie did an amazing job on my windows! They went above and beyond and even helped me with a few wasp nests that were around my property! Shout out to Zack and Tony! Excellent work, my windows are so clean and clear. Thank you!”

“Window Genie was recommended to us, so we scheduled them to clean our windows. We're glad we did! It was a pleasure to work with them from the first phone call to the completion of the job.”

“Window Genie is making Christmas special for our family. The time has come to turn the decorating of the exterior of our home to the professionals. We checked out a number of firms! We chose our Waco Window Genie because of the personalize service provided by Catt Witt and her husband. Cat met with my wife and I and discussed our vision for the outdoor Christmas decorations. She shared ideas and we jointly created the vision we wanted for out exterior. Catt helped us stay within our budget! We chose to have the lights installed early to stay within budget. The team led by her husband were professional, polite, on time and brought a level of detail that needed for a great professional installation. The Witt’s are the best, they run a great company and they are part of the Neighborly organization! It’s great to work with a family owned company that is back by another great family organization, Neighborly! John and Sheila Bradford”

Thanks again Window Genie and I will see you next year.”

“They did an amazing job with our Christmas lights. They put them up so fast and came and fixed the timer and it’s been wonderful!! 🎄🎄🎄🎄”

“On 3-28-20, the professionals from Window Genie came to my home and installed solar tint to all of our windows and patio door the work was outstanding. During the installation the techs cleaned up behind themselves. During this service I asked for a price quote to have the windows cleaned and the quote was very affordable so the techs returned the next day and cleaned the exterior portions of the windows. I had 17 windows tinted, and two doors cleaned and tinted. The cost was thousands less than new windows and having a life time warranty is was worth every penny. I would recommend Window Genie to anyone that is looking for cost effective and long term energy savings. Thank-youWindow Genie”

“Mike was great! Came out and gave me an estimate the same day I called. Gave me a fair price and some good looking windows at my office!”

“Had the Facia and Soffett around my house cleaned. This company was very timely and professional . When I found a few spots that were missed they Quickly returned and made it right. Highly recommend.”

“They were on time and very professional. Originally all I wanted was the front of the house pressure washed, so I got a couple of quotes. Window Genie did my whole house for less than their competitors. I will be using them again before the holiday decorations go up. Very satisfied.”

“We had Window Genie clean out our gutters and they did an excellent job! The two techs were both friendly and professional. Our gutters were really backed up with junk and they work perfect now!!! The techs worked in a timely manner and made sure everything was done right. I highly recommend Window Genie and will definitely use them again!”

“In an effort to be fully transparent, our windows, screens, and window tracks were awful, but now they look like new windows. Window Genie of Waco did a great job!”

“We have used Window Genie of Waco now to not only wash our windows but install our exterior Christmas lighting. I cannot say enough good about this company!!!! They didn't bat an eye when we asked if they could do Fall lighting on the outside of our home and they did not disappoint! They took time to not just understand what we needed done around the house, but took time to know our family. They have done more than just provide a service for our home, they have served us as a family!”

“I highly recommend Window Genie! Overall, they did an amazing job on all the windows but I was especially impressed with the outcome on some very old triple track type storm windows. I thought their prices were quite reasonable and their service is second to none! I will definitely be arranging for some of their other services, as well.”

“The cleaning and service was wonderful. I have a bigger house, so there were two techs. The head tech was very personable, professional and polite. I'm giving them four stars for two reasons. First, the assistant tech left my hose on out front and I didn't notice for 24 hours. Water is expensive where I live. This was just a mistake and I'm sure it won't happen again. They also didn't clean the wood around the windows as well as I'd like. I have a lot of windows and wood frames around my front door. I had to go out again and clean up the wood. All the windows were cleaned perfectly. The main tech walked around the house with me, and even gave me some window cleaner to use. That was very nice. I will use them again and I set up service every six months.”

“They returned my call immediately and came out the next day for an estimate for window washing inside and out. I have a lot of windows. They did a beautiful job! Very clean and clear. Friendly and courteous staff. They are also coming to hang my christmas lights outside next week as well! Definitely recommend Window Genie!”
