Houston Roofing, L.L.C.

Houston Roofing L.L.C. runs out of Waller and handles gutter work along with full roofing jobs across the Houston area. The family owned outfit lists roof maintenance, re-roof and replacement work, commercial roofing, new construction, gutter cleaning, skylight installation, and waterproofing among the services they provide. They keep an office address listed on Crayton Road and focus on both residential and commercial properties.

Customers call on them for complete roof replacements on houses, gutter and downspout fixes, and help filing insurance claims after storm damage. Sergio Gonzales and his crew show up on time, finish ahead of schedule on several jobs, and stay on site to coordinate with insurance adjusters so homeowners recover more on their claims. Reviewers note the materials held up better than expected and the crew kept the job site clean while they worked.

The company answers calls quickly and gives straight estimates without extra trips. Jobs get done on the same day in many cases, with the owner sometimes pitching in alongside the crew. They cover the Houston area and stick to regular business hours, though one customer reported a payment issue and an unfinished site that required a follow-up visit to the listed address.

Most of the feedback highlights punctual arrivals, efficient crews, and clear communication from start to finish. The Google rating sits at 4.5 across the listed reviews, with repeated mentions of professional staff and timely insurance help.
