We had just relocated to the Houston area from the Washington, DC area, and while we were moving, new flooring was being installed throughout our house. “"Terrible experience. Buyer beware." When I initially called the company to ask about their prices to deep clean my home, Michael didn't come to my home to give an estimate like most cleaning service companies do. He said he didn't do that but gave me a rate based on the square footage of my home I told him. I agreed to the estimate of four hundred to five hundred dollars for a roughly 2000 square foot clean excluding 3 rooms in the house. However, prior to him coming to my home, he looked up the square footage of my home on HAR website and assumed that the square footage that I provided to him was a lie but never contacted me to get clarification. On the date of the agreed cleaning, he and another cleaner showed up 2 hours late. He said they were usually 3 but one of the cleaners had a personal issue. I showed him the 3 rooms in my home that didn't need to be cleaned. It was then he said he checked HAR website and my house was larger than what I told him. I explained that we had added an additional space with a kitchen exterior. I noticed he kept repeating during the cleaning "we don't clean personal stuff only the structures". “I hired Michael and his team at Everything Clean for a move-out clean, and now I’m sad to be moving away! I asked for a deep clean, appliance cleaning, and carpet shampoo along with stain removal. I don’t keep up with cleaning, and also have several pets, so it was a big job. I called this company because it was difficult to find another that would truly deep clean *everything*, and also do a good job at it. A lot of other places only tidy up, or they won’t do carpet shampooing. These folks are jacks of all trades and masters of all. They did a fabulous job, and were attentive and communicative with what needed to be done. Example: the hard water in my area caused a foggy white buildup on our glass shower walls. I tried to clean it myself and failed. It was also too tough for the cleaning supplies Everything Clean had (and they were working hard scrubbing!), so Michael explained what was going on and went out specially to buy a more powerful cleaner right then and there - and it worked! “If I could rate this company a 0 I would. I called Michael and spoke with him and explained I needed an Airbnb cleaned. He ensured me that he would be able to take care of this. After my guest checked out, two people show up like Michael said would. They showed up an hour late. One of “cleaner” sat in the backyard for half of the time they were there. I have the man on camera sitting on our patio on his phone. The other cleaner was supposedly inside cleaning. I had my mom go after the cleaning was complete and nothing was cleaned. The checklist provided was not followed. Nothing was restocked. The dishwasher was still loaded. The queen blanket was on the king bed and the king blanket was on the queen bed. The lights and fans were left on. There were dirty mop heads in the washing machine. The sheets were not washed. There were stains and hair on the sheets that indicated the laundry wasn’t done. The towels didn’t smell fresh. The bed was made very messy. The standing shower was dirty and there was hair on the floor like no one had even mopped of vacuumed.
