Window Genie of Clear Lake

Window Genie of Clear Lake runs gutter cleaning and related exterior work out of Webster, Texas. Mary and Carlton own the family business and handle the crews while Stacey manages the office side for scheduling. They send teams to clean windows inside and out, pressure wash houses with vinyl siding or brick, and handle driveways along with tracks and screens. Robert keeps them on a regular six month schedule for the gutters when he bundles other jobs.

Homeowners call them in for windows coated with film or second story glass that needs both sides done. Jaelin has handled full front of house brick and window jobs alone on hot days, removing green mildew and algae buildup. Teams such as James and Chris or Clyde have pressure washed entire homes and cleaned special windows that are hard to remove. Crews also clear old wasp nests and leave surfaces looking brand new after several hours of work.

The crews arrive on time and stay until everything is finished even if that means working past normal hours. They stay polite and professional with customers inside the home, answer questions about window tint, and keep the work area clean with no leftover mess. Pricing stays reasonable when multiple services get combined and they cover spots like Lamarque. Office calls with Stacey go smoothly and the crews wear uniforms while they work.

“Wow! This was one of the best services I have ever received. The two technicians were prompt, on time, and very polite. They worked very hard for almost 6 hours cleaning all of our exterior and interior windows as well as power washing our driveway. They were very detailed. When the job was done, one of the techs looked up and saw something on a window that was bothering him. He got his ladder back out of his truck and fixed something I would have never noticed. The window already looked perfect! They care so much about their work. I love this family-owned and operated business, I will definitely have them back again. And they even left me with a welcome gift - such great service and very hard to come by these days!!”

“Wow this company did an amazing job cleaning my large window located on my second story inside and out. They also cleaned off the old wasp nests above the window. You can definitely tell that they have an attention to detail, making sure that windows are pristine. They really prioritize the quality in their work. Employees were super friendly offering advice on caring for current window tint and offering guidance on picking future tint for specific needs. Price was very reasonable too. They also gave a marketing goodies bag that I really appreciate as an entrepreneur. Such a nice personal touch. What an awesome experience. I will definitely use them again.”

“I was completely satisfied with the job that Window Genie did in power washing my house. I have vinyl siding, and it had a significant covering of mildew in many areas. The person doing the cleaning was very thorough, and he removed all the mildew and left the house very clean looking. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.”

“Our home faces due north and the brick and windows on the front side get covered with algae or mildew from the humidity and shade. We hired Window Genie to clean the brick and windows that were coated with a green film. Jaelin arrived right on time and was very polite and professional. He washed the brick and carefully cleaned each window pane. The cost initially seemed like a lot, but he worked hard for 5-6 hours on a hot July day with no help. He earned every penny and more. The front of our house now looks like brand new and we will be having them come more often in the future. Thank you Jaelin and Window Genie!”

“My first encounter with Window Genie of Clear Lake was with Stacey, she has a wonderful way with people and truly cares about customers and she satisfies 100%. In current times it is rare to speak to a live (real) person. The appointments were completed to perfection. Mary came (owner) review what needed to be done for window cleaning especially being storm windows. Carlton (owner) came with his crew prepared for the mission. Each team member knew exactly what to do working in harmony with each other. Several hours were involved and I was ask by a few team leaders what I needed them to do additionally. All were in uniform and were professional, well mannered, perfect appearance and very respectful of my property. They wanted to please with their vast knowledge with well organized cleaning materials. I now have a contract with Window Genie of Clear Lake for window washing-(cleaning) and contract for gutter cleaning. No 'drama' only honest and ethical owners, Stacey and entire crew. Highest of marks Linda S. Truman”

“Window genie constantly places bandit signs at intersections in Clear Lake. They do not respect our neighborhood and make it look trashy. Use other, local services. Added photo of another new sign they installed on public property 6/26/23.”

“If you are looking for a reliable gutter cleaning service that stands behind their work, give Window Genie a call. I've had them out for pressure washing sidewalks and driveway, cleaning windows and I have them on a 6 month gutter cleaning schedule. When you combine services, they work with you on price. Mary and her team do a great job. Thanks Window Genie!”
