Patriot Project Services

Patriot Project Services operates out of Willis, Texas and focuses on exterior cleaning work for homes. James runs the crew that handles roof washing along with soft washing for metal and clay tile roofs. They also take on pressure washing for siding, driveways, patios, windows, and fences. Reviews note the business covers areas around Houston and works on both residential properties and investor owned homes.

Customers describe roofs covered in mildew, pollen, algae, or lichen that get restored after the crew applies a chemical mix through a spray wand followed by a rinse. James and Nyle handled one metal roof job that finished in a single day with most of the growth removed. Paul and James completed a clay tile roof clean that made it look new again after years of buildup. Other jobs include siding work to clear HOA violations, fence staining that met shared property standards, and driveway washing where the crew fixed an old coating issue at no extra cost. Shelby joined James on a standing seam metal roof project that left the surface clean after one application.

The crew answers estimate requests fast and keeps quotes competitive with flexible scheduling. They show up on time, explain the process including chemical use, cover plants to protect them, and capture runoff water. Communication stays clear throughout, and they finish jobs the same day in most cases while picking up debris before leaving. Pricing comes across as reasonable across multiple reviews, and the team works to meet deadlines even ahead of weather like heavy rain.

“Great experience with Paul and James. They were responsive and provided a very competitive quote. The job was done quickly and the results were dramatic. My clay tile roof looks like new. I highly recommend Slime Busters.”

“James and team did a great job on my roof. This roof had not been cleaned since it was installed over 20 years ago and now it looks brand new!”

“8-09-21 Slime Busters came on time and as scheduled to wash our roof. I had never heard of roof washing before, but our home owners insurance required us to have mitigation of some lichen growing on the north facing side of our roof. I'm glad this happened or perhaps I'd never have searched for and found Slime Busters. I was super impressed with James and the process he used to do the washing. A proprietary mix of chemicals delivered via a spray wand but not as a high pressure blasting. It was a gentle wash and later a water rinse to achieve a like new look to our roof. This washing not only makes the roof look super, but it also rejuvenates and extends the life of the roof. I was truly amazed and am very grateful and happy with the results. Give these guys a call you won't regret it.”

“HOA hit us with a violation for needing to clean our siding, after researching our options hiring Patriot Exterior Cleaning was the best by far. James was quick to respond to my estimate request, had fair pricing, flexible scheduling, was personable, and provided outstanding service! Our home is over 20 years old and now it looks like new! Highly recommended and my go to provider from now on! Can’t wait to have him back to clean our driveway/walkway.”

“This year produced a tremendous amount of pollen which turned into mildew and I was unable to remove it myself. My roof is a Standing Seam Metal Roof. I was reluctant to allow Slime Busters to use their removal process at first, however following their demonstration we moved forward. Finished in one day, looks great, as new. Most all came off following their application being applied. Mother Nature should take care of the rest. Slime Busters performance was exceptional; James and Shelby were a matched team. Job well done; defiantly would recommend this company. Note before and after pics.”

“We had Patriot Exterior Cleaning do a soft wash on our guest house metal roof and It Looked New afterwards. Will have them do house roof next. Highly recommend.”

“We needed a roof cleaning and had never done this before. I contacted James and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Walked me through the whole process. Nyle came to do the cleaning and he too was great. Very professional and quick. I would definitely recommended. They did an amazing job!”

“So I we needed our roof cleaned and I looked online and Patriot Exterior cleaning stood out to me. I reached out to them, got a response quickly. We called and set up a date and time and I am so glad we did. He explained what he’d be doing, gave us options, and we moved forward. He was very helpful explaining the chemicals he’d be using and helped move all the plants, items, etc away from the dripping water off the roof. Great customer service and affordable prices. Our roof looks great and I would highly recommend this company. Once again Thank you James, great work. Mr & Mrs Salas”

“Great communication and very professional. I am extremely pleased with the results. Thank you for going the extra mile before the heavy rain to meet my deadline on time!”

“Patriot came out and did some fence staining for our HOA, who we share a common fence with. This group did an amazing job! I was a bit apprehensive because we didn’t have a say in the process, but these guys crushed it! Attention to detail was great and work ethic that shows in the finished product. I’m a fan.”

“Patriot Exterior Cleaning did a great job washing our roof. We had algae growth all over the roof, and it now looks brand new after the wash. We pressure washed our home and driveway as well and were very pleased with how everything turned out. We appreciated the follow up as well. James was able to answer all questions we had and gave tips on how to further care for our home. Would definitely recommend!”

“James is great and does a wonderful job. My roof was stained and looked bad, but after his soft washing, it looks brand new! He also washed the windows and those were great too. James is knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend his services!”

“Very professional and friendly. They do an amazing job! I love my Christmas lights!”

“James at Slime Busters does amazing work! I own many single-family homes in the Houston area and I’ve used James many times now, and he delivers amazing outcomes. He brings life back to my properties, often making them look new again, restoring the curb appeal and beauty of the home. His roof-wash is amazing too, restoring the roof back to an almost new look again. The best thing is, James is prompt, a great communicator, super nice, and easy to work with. If you are a real-estate investor like me, or a realtor serving clients, or just a home owner wanting to brighten up the exterior of your home, you definitely need to contact Slime Busters for sure! I can’t say enough good about his services, and I highly recommend Slime busters for all of your exterior cleaning needs.”

“The team from Patriot did an excellent job cleaning the exterior of my home, power washing the driveway and clearing the debris from my roof. Their prices are fair and reasonable. This is the second time I have used them, and I will definitely use them again.”

“James arrived on time and spent some time explaining the roof washing process to me. He took great care to cover sensitive plants and protect them against the chemicals used. I was very satisfied with the work and will use him again without hesitation. I also felt that his pricing was extremely reasonable.”

“James and Nyle did a fantastic job of cleaning our windows, tracks and screens. They also power washed our front driveway and rear patio. When they did the back patio they discovered an issue with a coating the previous owners had installed. Instead of telling us it wasn't their fault, (which it wasn't), they put all the extra labor in to make it right without charging us a penny more. We highly recommend them because of their honesty and professional hard work.”

“James did an excellent job cleaning our roof. He provided me with a reasonable estimate, and was very protessional. I really like using locally owned businesses, and especially when it is owned by a veteran. If I find I have other needs offered by his business, James will be my first and only call to get the job done! Dan S. Spring”

“Patriot showed up on time, walked me through what they were doing today , (roof, exterior windows, eves, brickwork and trim) they started promptly, covered plants where needed and captured soapy water coming off the roof, they stayed at the job all day and picked up when done.”

“I have a six year old roof. It looked like it was 16 years old. James and his fiancee came and cleaned it in less than 3 hours! Looks like new. Makes the whole house feel clean again. They arrived on schedule, did an amazing job. They explained why the roof had mold, how they would get rid of it and how they guaranteed their work. Great people to work with. Highly recommend the process AND this company. I felt good about what we did.”
