“I have yet to get a call about my 55 inch TV that was dropped off 1 month ago. More electronic shops need to be opened so the only 2 in town can’t monopolize the business.”

“A & E Electronics was great to work with. They weren't able to fix the problem on the first try, but they came back out a second time and fixed the issues. They were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The owner contacted us quickly to give the pricing and follow up on the servicing. We will use them again in the future.”

“Dropped off the TV for a warranty repair (I didn't get to choose who repaired it) and wasn't able to get an estimate on the time required to fix the TV. After about 15 minutes of talking to the guy, he finally said about 2 weeks give or take. 3 weeks later still haven't heard anything so I called to figure out what the status was. They tell me they had just diagnosed what the problem was and were waiting for an update from the manufacturer. 3 weeks just for a diagnose??? Highly recommend you take your business somewhere else as these guys either have no clue what they are doing, or simply don't care to return your stuff in a timely manner.”

“I took a 70 inch flat screen in for them to fix. The picture was not showing, screen was black. They told me that it would be to much to fix...like 2 or 3 thousand and to go ahead and buy another one for a cheaper price. They asked if I wanted them to dispose of tv, I told them I would come retrieve the tv. I found another tv shop around the way and took it in for the male to look at it. Tell me why he charged me less than 200 dollars to get it fixed. You have to watch out for shops now a days, where you just going to fix my tv and sell it to the highest bidder.”

“I came in requesting a TV power supply circuit board repair the woman in the front won’t even look at the board I had, she wanted me to bring in the TV and replace all the parts such as the x, y and logic board even when I mentioned all I want is a single circuit board repair for some dead capacitors. I guess if they can’t up-sell you unnecessary parts and repairs to pad the bill or if it’s not a simple buy replacement and swap they’ll refuse. First time trying to use them and very disappointed I guess either I learn to fix it myself or just ship it to a repair shop that specializes in Dallas. I wouldn’t recommend them.”
