“Tyler was great. He understood the issue at hand and how it had evolved over time. Sometimes you need to add the back story ( if there is one) for a technician to grasp the problem. I had just had a different AC/plumbing come out the day before, charge me a higher diagnostic fee, and left without doing anything, because he did not have, AND COULD NOT GET the type of refrigerant I needed. David (at the office) understood what was needed and made sure Tyler had what was needed to solve the current issue. They are my AC guys now. I highly recommend them.”
