“Bob is the best! This was our second project for his company to do for our family. Quote was within our budget, time line was within reason and away we went. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our new “storage building” - it’s practically a tiny home (if we ever decided to turn it into one - which was the idea behind our design). “First, I emailed with no response from the company so I called to schedule service for a building I manage. Bob answered the phone and was extremely rude, cutting me off mid sentence to say he was not able to do any work until months later. He did not listen to what needed to be repaired which is something small and would not take much of his company's time. He also would not help recommending someone else and really acted like he did not want to be bothered by anyone. A little respect and customer service goes a long way and this company has neither.”
