“Not only did this guy (Randy) have a condescending and arrogant attitude, the quality of his work was also extremely poor. He installed some bathroom hardware, hung a TV, and two panels of curtains for over $500. Days later, two of the four toilet paper holders fell off, in addition to one of the curtain rods. He returned to fix these items. After he said he would be there at noon, he called and said he wouldn’t be able to make it until 1:30. After 1:30, and only after I asked if he was on his way, he said that he was in the middle of completing another job. He arrived around 35 minutes later, told my husband that all the items were bent and must have been pulled down. He said he couldn’t complete the curtains (despite having been sent a photo to get supplies prior to coming to fix it) and would have to do so at a later time. He couldn’t be bothered to do it the following morning because he doesn’t do mornings. When he was about to leave, my husband pointed out that one of the toilet paper holders was still extremely loose. He told my husband to tighten it with an allen wrench, and it did not get any tighter. When I sent him a video of the loose and crooked installation, he blamed ”
