About
Samsung SDS America handles handyman work from its base in Coppell, Texas. The operation sits at 400 Dividend Dr Ste 200 and shows up under the warehouse category on its Google listing. No other details on ownership or exact tasks appear in the available information, yet the location draws steady comments from people who arrive for scheduled pickups or deliveries.
Customers report repeated problems with timing and access. Jewel showed up for an evening slot and remained unloaded well past midnight after multiple checks on progress. RBM described a short pallet job stretching across four and a half hours beyond the booked time. Manyok checked in near closing and stayed until after 11 p.m. Andrey received a door assignment but waited until late evening before loading began. Similar accounts from NARINDER, Roberto, Armando, and others mention waits of five to eight hours even when arriving early. A few notes mention easier unloading in under an hour once a dock opened, yet most experiences center on extended delays and confusion at the gate and inside the building.
The process relies on appointments and security checks that often leave drivers waiting in tight lots with limited maneuvering room. Reviewers note poor coordination between the gate, paperwork desk, and dock staff, plus rules against overnight parking and no restrooms in some accounts. One person mentioned a lunch break that halted work for an hour in the evening. Another highlighted the need to open trailer doors at a specific point before reaching the gate. Several drivers advised bringing food and expecting the full day to pass before completion.
The Google rating stands at 2.1. Recurring comments focus on slow loading, unclear directions, and long lines at the entrance, with occasional mentions of quicker turns when everything aligned.

What Customers Say
“Arrived at 1705 for 1800 appt. It is currently 2350 and I'm still not loaded. At 2104 I asked how much longer and was told that they weren't even finished picking my order. Ridiculous!!! Will update when loaded...”
“Very slow loading_ appointment was 3pm and they finished at 7:30pm. ( 4.5 hours for a few pallets )”
“One of the worst warehouses. I check in at 4:58 PM for a 5pm appointment time and am still here. Now is 11:06 pm. They are lucky to have 1 star. Not for the first time. Always like that…”
“I arrived to this facility for PU at 2:18pm 05/15/25. My appointment has been at 4pm. Got a door at 3:30pm, but they started loading at 10:30pm only. Completed loads at 11:18pm only. No parking on overnight, no restrooms . Bad place for drivers.!”
“Very friendly staff and quick loading .. thank you”
“Don't even think to pick up loads at this place 7 to 8 hours to loading”
“I had 9:00 am delivery appointment and arrived at 8:10 the security lady at the gate after i gave her all the required paperwork and information she told me to get in and when i talk to her where I will go to check in just she showed me had sign and unwilling to give information where to go and I go from do to door and finally I got The right door and the assigned me a dock right away and it took about 40 minutes to get empty . Fast unloading”
“Was Loaded In A Timely Manner,Drivers Picking Up Be Sure To Open The Trailer Doors At Stop Sign,And Look Before Driving Up To Gate It's A Tight Entrance.”
“Don't come here if you don't want to waste your entire day waiting. Even if you show up before your appointment there is a long line to get in. The security guard will make you get into a tight lot full of trailers and if you're lucky you can do a U turn to get in line. After coming in you have less than 50ft of space to maneuver and back into the docks. I've been waiting 5 hours and other guys said they've been waiting for 8 or more hours to get loaded. The lady just says you can drop the trailer by the fence and bobtail out if you run out of hours. They don't care at all. Seriously, it's not worth it, stay away from this place.”
“All the bad reviews are true this place is trash avoid or stay here all day. Had an appointment set for 4pm got here at 3 had to wait for a door. Around 6:15 got a door it is now about to be 11pm and barely getting worked on. I can’t stand places like this”
“i had 6 pm appointment dropped trailer by 1 pm got loaded mid night”
“The young lady at the security box is the rudest and the laziest person ever and the Spanish security guy acts as her bodyguard tries to intimidate me for matching her attitude, drivers if you don’t mind to be disrespected you can come here but for me I’m not coming back here”
“Real slow , strictly on appointment they don't star doing live load after 3pm and they take 1 hour lunch break 7.30pm to 8.30pm please drivers avoid this place waste of a day to get loaded”
“They took awhile to unload me. It’s very confusing to find the place to check in. Look for the big sign on the building “Samsung” go in through there, continue driving straight till you see a gate guard in your left hand side. You have to sign in through the gate guard and you still Have to get off and go inside the building with alot of windows to give them the paper work. You can’t overnight park. There’s restrooms for drivers. No vending machines.”
“Very bad communication Everyone from security check in to then another check in then to dock workers. None of them are on the same page leaving drivers unaware of what to do upon arrival. Easy docking though.”
“Really Slow shipping/receiving.”
“10 am appointment checked in 9 am got door at 12 30 got out 245 pm... Make sure you bring lunch and don't waste your time .. don't come here unless they pay you really good”
“STAY AWAY loading to Bol’s take 12 hours. Don’t waste your time”
“1 hour just for checkin I picked up preloaded.”
“They take forever to load you once you finally find your way into the warehouse thanks to them not posting any signs. I thought with a name like Samsung they would be smarter than that. Avoid if possible.”
