CM Home Services

CM Home Services handles handyman work out of Keller for homeowners across North Tarrant County. Chad Mills runs the outfit and takes on full punch lists when properties need to get ready for sale. One call covers interior and exterior painting, flooring repairs along with baseboards and trim, fence staining, acoustic and slat accent walls, light fixture and ceiling fan swaps, plus sink and faucet replacements. The company stays fully insured and works item by item until the list is cleared so the house can go on the market.

Reviewers describe Chad fixing stop valves under sinks, hanging new pendant lights in kitchens, adding timers to exterior lights, installing garage shelving, and sorting out plantation shutter magnets. He has cleaned out flowerbeds, offered landscape suggestions that improved the yard, handled ceiling fan repairs, and taken care of regular mowing every two weeks. Customers note he works through lists on repeat visits, finishes jobs without leftover mess, and handles extra items that come up during the day.

Chad arrives when promised, gives one quote for the full scope, and keeps homeowners updated as work moves along. Pricing comes in reasonable according to those who used him, and he finishes some jobs ahead of the original timeline. Service stays local to Keller and the surrounding North Tarrant County spots, with regular Friday visits for ongoing lists and same-day responses for smaller fixes.

The reviews all sit at five stars and keep coming back to punctuality, clear communication, solid quality, and fair costs. Chad shows up prepared, listens to what the homeowner wants, and leaves the place ready for the next step.
