VK's Home Improvement LLC

VK's Home Improvement LLC operates as a handyman service out of Frisco, Texas, with Valon running the business. He handles general home repairs and improvements across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, focusing mainly on Collin County spots like McKinney, Plano, Allen, Prosper, and Celina, plus other locations when requested. Valon has handled repairs since his teens and notes that work on homes built before 1990 may be limited to avoid certain untested materials.

Customers have described Valon completing drywall patches that blend in without visible damage, full shower regrouting, plumbing fixes, painting and patching on rental properties, garage door repairs, toilet work, cabinet removal and rebuilding, baseboard fixes, TV mounting, light fixture installs, security camera setups, exterior siding replacement after wind damage, bathtub recaulking, dryer repairs, and ceiling fan installations. Reviewers noted he often suggested extra improvements, sourced correct parts from stores when suppliers fell short, and finished tasks like structural fixes or wiring jobs with clean results.

Valon responds quickly to calls, arrives at the scheduled time with his own tools, and keeps communication direct throughout each project. Reviewers mentioned fair and reasonable quotes compared to other bids, same-day or next-day scheduling in some cases, and service that covered multiple small jobs in one visit. He serves the listed Collin County cities and extends further into the metro area based on the specific request.

The Google rating stands at 4.8 from 0 reviews, with feedback centered on efficiency, reasonable pricing, clear communication, and solid quality across many household tasks.

“Valon is hands down the most honest and efficient handyman I have ever met. He is very responsive, he shows up exactly when he says he will, he is knowledgeable and trustworthy. As a single parent with no idea of how to fix things, let alone do drywall or regrout an entire shower, I know I can count on him to get the job done, and done right. I have attached an example of work he did for me, where he did drywall beautifully, you can’t tell the wall was ever damaged. He’s exceptional and I highly recommend him!”

“Valon is highly passionate about the home improvement projects which is evident from the quality of work he delivers. He did a fabulous job with my plumbing, painting, electrical, etc. projects with utmost care and with highest satisfaction levels. His pricing is really good and so easy to work with as he has real world experience with pretty much everything that's to do with the home. He has been a trusted partner for our home improvement projects for me and my friends and love to hire him again for my and my friends' home improvement projects. Thanks and all the best Valon.”

“Val did a great job bringing our investment rental property back to “like new” patching and painting as well as repairing items. He’s got wonderful communication and can do a multitude of projects. We’ve already referred him for another job to family and we will be a regular customer in the future for home projects!”

“I am very happy with the work that Valon has done. Never expected he would finish his work as promised on time. He knew what he was doing, I love the way he delivered good service and also went beyond, by suggesting some improvements. He went to Lowes and get the correct items that the supplier could not provide, and he was very precise and accurate in measuring. I have saved his number. He will be my go-to person for any future project or repair that I will be doing from here on.... He always gives very reasonable quotes... All the best Valon !!”

“Valon helped us fix the garage door and bath toilets in our home . He was very patient and did a fantastic work . He was reasonable in pricing and would recommend him for our home work !!”

“Valon did awesome work in our house. We needed new drywall installation along with redoing the paint in our room. He did it very well and very quickly and was super communicative and did good work. He also tore out some built in cabinets and fixed the area and baseboards around there. All of that for a very good price. I plan on using him again any time I need work done in my home!”

“Very efficient, Productive and affordable guy in town. At Very Reasonable price. Had him for TV mounting and later he has been my official go-to person for all my house hold stuff like light fixtures, Cameras, structural work and all. I know him from last 3 months Very clean at work. Friendly and genuine guy. All of my friends in my community had done most of their household work with Valon and they have same thoughts on his work”

“We had some exterior siding come off due to high winds. We called Valon and he responded almost immediately! He came out...gave us a extremely competitive price compared to others....and was back and had the project completed quicker than I thought was possible. Plus, he is kind, polite, and respectful! He will get my first call when I have a project in the future.”

“Fantastic service, clear communications and honest. I called VK a couple times now, he has been great from my tv mount installs, security cameras and wiring. It's refreshing to find someone so honest these days. I high recommend him as his work is fantastic.”

“Valon completely recaulked a bathtub that was in sad condition. And when he finished, it looked like new! Valon seems to know how to do a great many things. I will definitely be calling on him to help with other projects around the house. He does great work and is a very pleasant person as well.”

“Valon gave us a written estimate, I told him we accepted. Valon then decided the project was too far away and he doesn’t work on homes built before 1990 due to Abestos. The job was exterior painting of brand new Hardie Board. Why would he even give an estimate for a building he knew he wouldn’t work on?”

“Valon is amazing. There's nothing he can't fix and his pricing is fair. If you want someone who is honest, dependable, affordable, and skilled give Valon a call. You'll be very glad you did.”
