“This company is garbage. They could care less about their machines once they drop them off. In the year or so they have been installed there has been issues constantly. There's even a dryer that has no door on it and hasn't since they installed it. The card readers are unreliable, slow and flimsy. There are 2 washers that will not rinse one, at the moment, won't even drain. They installed machines at several laundry rooms in my complex and apparently the room I use is the best. Ha imagine that! To top everything off contacting the company is nearly impossible and their phone menu is so vague you can't get to the right person anyway. I promise this much. I will never sign a lease with another complex that uses this company.”

“Ripoff company! The machines are not maintained and will take your money without the machine working. The machines will either not fill up with any water or will not drain properly leaving you to have to wring out the clothes requiring more time in the dryer. I'm sure the apartment complexes that use Aadvantage love this because they're making money too. I have called them multiple times and have never received a call back because they don't care about people, just money!”

“Bad service from the ones who come and "fix" the machines to the customer service ones. I try to call and talk to someone one for a refund because I was charged $655.35. Can you belive? A transaction that could be charged $1.50 that's the amount you get charged to use a washer/dryer . But that was all crazy. And is not the first time this happens. It has happened many times with the app too. You see, when i use the app or my card I was charged twice the amount, I try to report it through the app but never had an answer, then trying to call but no one answered the phone , and if they do they say let me transfer to the account system and the call ends. So you see, is been a continuous over charge of money and is not fair how can they even do this. At least have someone efficient to do their job , and hear people's complaints. I see so many bad reviews about this company Aadvantage Laundry System. I don't know how the apartment manager got this company to server our place . This is a fraud. And it hasn't just happened to me, there are more people from the apartments who have been scammed , but since they don't know, how to complain to get their money back don't do anything, I think we”

If 0 Stars could be given, they would win the award** AAdvantage Laundry Systems Inc. has proven to be an unreliable and untrustworthy company. We have installed their laundry machines in two of our apartment buildings, and despite over a year of consistent use by our residents (as confirmed by our security cameras), we have not received any statements or payments. The customer service experience has been abysmal. Jerry Lewis and his team offer nothing but excuses, with no concrete actions to resolve our issues. They present themselves as professional, but our experience suggests otherwise. We strongly advise against doing business with AAdvantage Laundry Systems Inc. due to their poor service and lack of accountability. Stay away from these wolves in sheep's clothing.”
