“We gave them a try twice. 1st time they were suppose to give us window of service and missed window. Cleaning was average at best but no communication. We communicated to owner and was reassured next time would be better. 2nd time they missed window again, sent numerous text and no response. After three hours we sent cancel message and no response. 1 hour later they showed up and we had to explained we cancelled already (awkward conversation for poor employees). No one even called us back. Obviously don’t care. Disheartening. Can’t run a successful business with no communication or lack of attention to details. [update]. Not even 24 hours after this post, the owner debited our card for cancellation. Seems like an act of retaliation for a honest review. Wish I could change this to a Minus one star”

“It's always a pleasure to work with Tammy at Cosmopolitan Maids! She and all of her staff have always gone out of their way to make sure the tiniest details are taken care of to my utmost satisfaction! I have recommended Cosmopolitan Maids to several friends and business associates and won't hesitate to refer them in the future. Her staff has always been attentive and thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with their services! They even do handy-man type repairs! Instead of spending my limited amount of "free time" cleaning, I can call on Tammy and her crew to handle it all for me and that allows me to spend quality time with my family instead! “While we loved our cleaning ladies, the owner of this business is not very professional or accommodating. When the crew was late, upon asking to reschedule as I could not wait for them any longer, I was told that I was rude for asking and should understand that they were backed up from the prior week. While delays and missteps happen with any business, this owner does not know how to problem solve or to work out what works best for their customer, especially considering it is in their customers home.”

“My mother got assigned to cosmopolitan cleaning services through cleaning for a reason, a special service for cancer patients. You get 2 free cleanings, however Tammy mistakenly scheduled a cleaning for my mom on a date that we were unavailable. So when I called to schedule my mom's second cleaning I was told the date they mistakenly booked counted as 1/2 cleanings. This made me very upset because my mom has gone through so much dealing with cancer and they denied her 2 cleanings based off of their own mistake. Tammy failed to even apologize. I think heartless people/companies should not be involved in non-profit organizations. I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cleaning lady did a good job but the management needs improvement.”

“I signed up for their deep cleaning service in preparation for listing our house for sale. The price was 3 times more than what we pay our typical weekly cleaning lady and they didn't do a better job than our typical weekly house cleaning. They also charged my credit card an additional $31 after the fact without my consent. I will never be using this cleaning service again.”
