“First got a visit for a quote, followed by a visit to perform the work. Both visits went very well. The quote visit was prompt and the person explained the costs and worked with me to adjust the scope based on my budget and what was most urgent. The second visit was done by Richard and Edward. There were very professional and proceeded with with work without issues. I felt they worked at a good pace, cleaning after they finished, they gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions and provided good answers. Would recommend them for quick jobs, larger items or multiple things at once might increase cost which is one reason I limited the amount of work to be done. Overall I'm please with how things turned out.”

“After some foundation shifting, we had some doors that weren't closing well. Ryan came out for an inspection and was incredibly helpful explaining the situation to us (new homeowners). He even fixed one of the doors with just a screw for free! When Omar came out to fix the other two doors, he was extremely knowledgeable and tried some methods to avoid having to shave down the door. His efforts paid off and now all the doors in our house work beautifully with minimal modifications! I really appreciated they put thought into how the doors would work or look if the foundation shifted back. Professional, prompt, and considerate employees - we will definitely be using the service next time something acts up in our house.”

Very professional service, from the gentleman who came out to review and give a price quote, to the actual technicians who came out and finished the job, I have nothing but a great big thumbs up! Super grateful, appreciate the help so much. I have had Hank's come out for painting, installed outdoor fans, home repair in the kitchen, hang pictures, move heavy furniture and put furniture together. I highly recommend this for any small job to the larger ones. I also appreciated the fact that they wear booties over their shoes to protect your floors, and the fact that they clean up afterwards. “I needed a replacement mailbox ( two mailboxes on a stand [ the post had rotted out]).This was a 2 part job. Survey and estimate, and then after parts arrived, installation. Communication was excellent, I always knew what was going on. The handymen arrived on time and the installation went well. The result was beautiful and very well done. The handymen did their work on a day with a heat warning, but they took the time to do it well. I am VERY pleased with the work done, and will use Hank’s Handyman again.”

“I couldn’t be more satisfied with Hank’s!!! I have called several companies to mount 2 TV’s on hickory wood walls. From, Ryan coming out to looking at the job and discussing, measuring and giving me a proposal that was WAY under what I was expecting. I accepted and signed the contract before he left. The office called the next morning to schedule. Again, pleasantly surprised, he said they had someone available to do it right away, but I couldn’t do it then, so we scheduled for the next day. Edward and Christian arrived right at the beginning of the 2 hour window. They both introduce themselves and came in to look at the job before starting, they put on shoe covers before they enter your house. WOW!! They made sure where I wanted the TVs mounted. They checked with me several times to make sure where they had their measurements was still good. They took their time in doing the job. They very professional, knowledgeable, respectable of my property, especially not making a mess while doing the job. They even did a tiny job of putting my house numbers up😊 They had me inspect the completed work before they left to make sure of questions or concerns. I could go on and on about how highly”

“Today we had Omar and Luke from Hank’s Handyman come out for a few jobs. They replaced bathroom flooring, did a drywall repair, and re caulked a shower enclosure. When they replaced the flooring they removed then reset the toilet. All work was done extremely well with attention to detail. Omar and Luke were very professional throughout this project. 5 stars for the work they did!”

“I want to update this with 7 stars. Had an excellent experience with all those involved in the reconnect of the appliances after a kitchen upgrade. Multiple folks got involved due to a drainage issue from the dishwasher. Hats off to Edward and Noe for all their hard work on reconnecting the appliances. GM and PM got involved along with the project coordinator for scheduling multiple visits to resolve the issue. I had a pleasure connecting from technicians up-to the leadership. Again, this is a great service company. The rep from Hanks was very professional and really cool in answering all my questions with regards to projects I have in mind from the immediate to the later ones. The later ones will be done as soon as the dependencies are completed. I would recommend this service company.”

“I have been using Hanks for several small jobs. This time I had them take a room down to the studs and rebuild it as it is the coldest room in the house. We projected that it would take 5 days. Adrian and Samuel got it demoed in half a day. The entire job was finished in 3 1/2 days. We didn’t do new floors as these are slate but they were cleaned and treated.”

“We had a front door install and our tech Augustin with Hanks did such great job that we asked about removing some window's and a door and installing a sliding door where the windows were and a automatic doggie door. Both projects turned out great. So we then had a him do a bathroom remodel and again turned out great. It took longer than expected but I would rather that then short cuts. I would highly recommend.”

“Even though I explained that we wanted the pricing broken down into separate pieces because there are multiple projects involved, he just provided two lump sum quotes, making it impossible to determine the cost of each project. Also, the representative was unable to provide any intelligible explanation as to how he arrived at the prices he provided. He also became belligerent while putting down other contractors providing quotes. What's disappointing is we are spending over $10,000.00 with Milestone to bring power to the shop we wanted your company to do the finish work after they are done tomorrow. We will be sure to pass along your failure to Milestone today when they start work. Unfortunately, the appointment was a total waste of time and we will NOT be using your service and we will NOT recommend your company to anyone in the future.”

“They did work on the house and Tim was great and it looks very nice! We converted our dining room into a pet area as we have 8 dogs we like to do in house grooming and other care. Posted a pic of what he did. Review is not on him. We wanted more work done on the house, but getting Alex or Michael to give call backs to give quotes and start other projects have been a nightmare. I’ve ask for weeks to get quotes on things while they finishing up our project so they can move to the next projects in the house. We wanted to continue using them but they made it really difficult to get additional work done. No one has called and our first project completed this week. I do not recommend using them for lack of communication from project manager or sales or office staff. Again our worker Tim E was amazing. I recommend him do your job.”

Very professional, offered a couple of different solutions and I found out there was another additional thing they could that I didn't realize! 4/13/26 - Another great job done by Hank's. He completed all tasks that needed to be done - screen replacements on several windows, some remediation on some water stains in my garage, and addressed several nail pops on the interior. His work was fantastic and matched the texture on my walls and ceilings. I could not be happier and will definitely use Hank's in the future.”

“Our upstairs water heater flooded and we needed all kinds of repairs. We had holes in the ceilings, an entire molded out closet, bathrooms that needed new vanities, and kitchen that required cabinets. Guillermo quoted us accurately and fairly. Luis and Alex were assigned to the work and they did an awesome job with it. They were able to complete the work we needed done faster than expected and quickly finished up the work that insurance wasn't covering. We will definitely have them back out for more projects in the future.”
