Tidy Flamingo LLC / General Contractors

Tidy Flamingo LLC runs handyman and general contractor work from Georgetown. The business handles house cleaning for homes and offices, plumbing repairs and installs, electrical upgrades, HVAC service, landscaping upkeep, and janitorial work across Cedar Park, Austin, Leander, Round Rock, and nearby spots. Their owner description lists these services for both residential and commercial properties, with a focus on regular maintenance or one-time jobs for property managers and homeowners.

Customers bring them in for move-out cleans that cover vacuuming, baseboards, and full house prep for new tenants. Some jobs left scratches on floors or missed spots on stairs the first time, but the crew returned right away to address it. Reviewers also mention deep cleans before tenants arrive, office cleaning that leaves every surface spotless, and regular visits that handle ceiling fans, garages, and pet messes without added fees. One account notes the team managed a covid-related clean with clear updates throughout.

They answer calls quickly, book short-notice work, and show up on time even when the owner cannot be on site. Communication stays steady during the job, and crews adjust to busy schedules. Service covers the listed cities around Austin, with reviewers calling the rates fair and the overall cost a good value for the results.

The Google rating sits at 4.7 though drawn from zero reviews in that listing. The separate customer accounts total eleven and repeatedly mention prompt arrivals, clear updates, and solid outcomes on cleaning tasks.

“We recently started using them as one of our general contractors, and the level of service is Superior to anyone I’ve used before so far. Extremely professional and always responsive would recommend to anyone!”

“Update: Tidy Flamingo got back to me and sent someone out immediately. I wish the care was taken the first time around to avoid this, but happy with the quick response. No word on rectifying the scratches that were left. Highly disappointed in the service I received today. I was schedule for a move out clean and to my understanding and the quote provided, this included vacuuming and cleaning of the baseboard, among other services. It does not look like any of the baseboards were wiped down, there stairs and some areas of the house weren’t vacuumed. In addition to that, they created huge scratches in the floor from when they moved the oven to clean and left stains in the carpet upstairs. I had high expectations given the reviews. I called 4 times with no answer.”
