“Austin has done a few handyman jobs for me over the last couple of years. Last time he came out a couple of years ago, he and his partner at the time replaced a garbage disposal in the kitchen and a ventilation fan in the ceiling of the master bedroom. Today he replaced light bulbs in 2 light fixtures above a staircase, one of which was challenging not only because of the height, but because of the stairs. He is very personable, considerate, and careful.”

Austin was quick to respond, faithful in communicating any – possible – delays or obstacles – in the job. He and his teammate showed up EARLY, ready to work, and were so pleasant to work with. They made extra effort to make sure the job was done to perfection – actually, more than perfection. Managing customer expectation is the better part of excellent customer service and Austin and his team would get 10 stars just for that if I could give that many. “Andrew and Austin are AWESOME! They did a great job of moving a couch from my mom's place in Lewisville to my place in Irving. Then on a return trip, they transported a antique bed to my mom's place and set it up for her. They also went above and beyond the call of duty by assisting me with moving a couch into my extra bedroom that was a really tight fit. However, they made it work. I would recommend them 1000% Both Austin and Andrew are mannerable and professional. They're a really good team.”

They were able to quickly fix my hanging gutter and even went to Home Depot to get new wood to get rid of the wood rot. They also did some cabinet work for me. “Austin came today to replace a light fixture. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. This is not my typical experience with other repairmen. Such a breath of fresh air. He was very responsive to my request for service, gave clear and complete answers to my questions, worked me into his schedule on short notice, and arrived on time!!! He got the work completed promptly and cleaned up the area. I hit him on the way out the door to do another job that ended up being a lot more involved than either of us anticipated. He did it and then worked to make sure I was comfortable with the technology. He even followed up later to check up. This man should be teaching a class on how repairmen should work.
