“After doing some research and getting estimates, I decided to go with the best priced estimate with the best reviews. They communicated with me throughout the whole process, answered questions and were able to squeeze my neighbor’s repair in their schedule so we’d get both our repairs done one after the other! Nick was extremely thorough and took before/after pictures of the repair to show me. He advised me on maintenance along with giving other helpful advice on home care. Just a real salt-of-earth, hard working guy! I’d definitely call them again!👍”

After the review he made the repairs I called for in a timely manner which included repairing broken slide hanger on kitchen cabinet drawer and adjusting the latch on closet door to secure closing. “Matthew did an excellent job repairing our dining room chandelier. The fixture had started pulling away from the ceiling, and he quickly identified the problem—the original plastic electrical box had cracked and was no longer safely supporting the chandelier. He replaced it with a much sturdier, all-metal box rated for up to 70 pounds and made sure everything was properly secured before reinstalling the fixture. The difference is substantial, and the chandelier now feels completely solid. Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and he clearly explained what had failed and how he was fixing it. Pricing was very reasonable for the work and peace of mind. Highly recommend Matthew for electrical work!”

“The team has really good follow-up and customer service. I had a tricky situation because my tenant approved the work and then bailed before completion, so I was left to sort it all out. I was originally charged $1,355 to replace a bedroom door and one piece of trim which was much higher than expected. The pricing for the "tasks" outlined was initially vague, but after clarifying, they eventually refunded $207 because the door itself did not have to be painted. As with most larger companies, there are fees for overhead, vehicles, insurance, etc. but their work is guaranteed for it's lifetime. If I use them again, I will just be sure to have clarity from the beginning of all costs incurred and compare them with other service providers. I appreciate their professionalism which might be worth paying the higher premium.”

“Homer and Mario are the most professional, skilled, friendly and thorough workers I've ever come across. They did a difficult fence tear-down in high heat and humidity in 1 hour! The area they had to work in was small, tight and the ground covered with large embedded rocks that they had to navigate the entire job. Highly recommend this company and they are fortunate to have men of Homer and Mario's caliber on their team.”

“I hired this company to install a mini-split in my son's back bedroom. When I checked my credit card bill, I saw duplicate charges. UNFORTUNATELY, I'm beyond the time to dispute any duplicate charges. They left the unit's cord to Texas' extreme weather!! Whether Hot or "Snowmogedden, Texas gets really extreme. I'm posting a picture of how they left it. If you would be ok with a company leaving this as their completed service, then you should call these folks...and had the nerve to tell me "can't fix it without a $200 fee!!" And after I've already $2K?!! I won't use this company and I suggest you find another company for you & family, as you'll be better off! Thx for reading!”
