I wouldn't have waited if I'd known how streamlined the process could be! Pete came out promptly and gave us a quote for the exact number I had in my head. We scheduled him to come out a week later. During the final call to Mr. Handyman, I was told that there was not another trip scheduled to my property. Only after I explained the work was incomplete, did they send him back to finish. While the quality of work was acceptable, the overall customer service experience was not.”
