“Daniel was extremely responsive, polite, thorough, and provided a detailed plan and estimate of repairs for our home. He let us know there's no task or project too small or large, and the work Daniel did was done with care and true tradesman pride and precision. He's been in the business a long time and can spot something before it becomes a problem. Included as part of his daily rate, Daniel saw and offered to take care of several small things that were not even on our radar like hang up a mirror in our powder bath that we hadnt gotten around to doing, and he did some touch up painting on our trim and walls, and in our boy's bathroom he replaced all the caulk along the bathtub floor even though he only needed to caulk the baseboard! What a pleasant surprise. He thoroughly cleaned up after each job and even ran up to Sherwin Williams to get more paint, as ours from last year's remodel had dried up! We needed an alternative solution for our pocket door lock and door guides, and he had it repaired and in perfect working order same-day! He also implemented some great solutions when my father-in-law had a recent stroke and they needed some accessibility items installed for when he ret”

“Daniel came out and assisted the situation and gave a guarantee that if he could not fix it, he would at least put it back together with no charge and he came out to repair a skylight that had severe leak leaking from a couple storms that caused a lot of problems for us. He fixed it in a very timely manner. It was very fair with his price and I couldn’t be happier because we have not had one leak and all the crazy rain that we have been getting since then. I highly recommend Daniel for all your handyman services.”

“Thank you so much Daniel for always completing my home repair requests with such great detail and care. I especially appreciate the extra time you took while measuring my custom shelving and color stain matching to look like it was built with the additional shelf. I also appreciate the drywall patch, texture, and painting you did in my kitchen. I can't even tell there was a hole in the wall after removing the security system. You will always be my go-to handyman for home repairs.”
