What Customers Say
“As a landlord, finding reliable contractors who understand the importance of quick turnaround times between tenants can be challenging. I recently hired All Metroplex Handyman for a make-ready on one of my rental properties, and they exceeded my expectations. The team was responsive, professional, and able to complete the work much faster than I anticipated without sacrificing quality. They handled everything from repairs and touch-ups to getting the property rent-ready, allowing me to minimize vacancy time and get my next tenant moved in quickly. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the pricing was fair and transparent. If you're a property owner or landlord looking for dependable contractors who understand the urgency of make-ready work, I highly recommend All Metroplex Handyman.”
“Miguel is family for life! He will be my go to person for everything with my house. His experience, knowledge, and professionalism is top notch! He really helped me stay within my budget for my small bathroom renovation. We just love it so much! He was extremely understanding and patient to my needs/wants since it was my first time doing a project like this.He walked me through the whole process and was always upfront about the costs. He also was the best price out of all the other quotes I received from other companies. He treats my family and me like we are his family and his honesty is so admirable. He was always there for whatever questions I had- whether it was a text or phone call away. (And man did I text him, lol) He did other services around the house that helped me out as well- installing new ceiling fans, updating light fixtures, saving my water heater that wasn’t on a very sturdy base to be on) He is a jack of all trades!”
“We've been homeowners for a little over a month now but have already had our fair share of experience working with trustworthy and genuine contractors and unfortunately, those who are unreliable and will say anything to make a quick buck. Miguel and his team are definitely part of that first category of contractors! He took our dilapidated deck from zero to hero. The deck on this house is probably 10-15 years old, had several broken, cracked, or lifting boards in various places and desperately needed some attention before we could put any furniture out there. Rather than demolish the entire thing and start from scratch (too expensive right now), we sought quotes for repair. Miguel offered the fairest price (he essentially quoted the same as his competitors, but ended up providing more intensive solutions than what his competitors were offering). He replaced the boards, ended up needing to replace almost the entire railing (he did have to re-quote us for additional parts halfway through, but he did not charge for extra labor, just the cost of extra materials), added a much-needed trim to prevent further damage over time from the existing boards, power-washed, and painted. I asked”

“I have worked with several contractors for various home improvement projects in the past and have been burned before due to the lack of integrity, reliability, and most of all overpricing of the cost of labor and materials. Hence, I have been very cautious in choosing the right contractor for my next home improvement project which is our master’s bedroom shower and toilet. My family and I prayed for the right contractor to come along. I did canvass and asked around. Indeed our prayers were answered. Miguel Cristancho, his son Bradford, and his team came highly recommended by a good friend who also had her flooring done by their company. From the time I contacted Miguel, he has not disappointed me. When he said he would call back, he called back. When he said he would stop by to see what the problem was and what he would recommend done, he did. He earned my respect from day one. I knew right then and then he was the right choice for the job. And that’s even barely scratching the surface, he was willing to work around my budget so that I could still achieve the look and function I was going for without costing me an arm and a leg. He listens. As a customer, it’s important that I feel”
“I contacted Miguel because a fellow real estate agent in my office highly recommended All Metroplex Handyman to help my seller do a few upgrades before listing their home for sale. First, I was completely astounded by the speed of communication that I received upon my first contact. Miguel was able to meet with me within a day to give me an estimate for my client on a fairly large painting and repair project. The price was extremely reasonable and Miguel & his crew were able to start right away. Great care was taken by the crew to cover flooring, light fixtures, and other important posts of the home to protect surfaces from paint and dust. The project was finished AHEAD of time! I was able to have the home on the market right on my schedule and the home sold within 48 hours, which greatly pleased my seller client! Potential buyers commented over and over on the interior of the home and how fantastic it looked, and this is all due to the quality, skill, and ability of Miguel to work timely while providing fantastic results. I will continue referring my clients, friends, and family to Miguel for any handyman work, painting, or other home project - large or small. I will also be hi”
“Miguel and Bradford are the best!!! After 5 days with no electricity and water, they arrived at 5 pm on a Saturday night and worked through the night until 4:30 am helping me replace a water heater, fix 5 busted pipes and locate the source of the low water pressure. They were so professional, conscientious, and hard working. I really appreciate his fair pricing and thoughtfulness to not leave me until my water was working. With the historical freeze in Dallas last week, it is extremely difficult to find a plumber, much less one that is reliable and trustworthy. All the problems and corrections were patiently explained to me and corrected. He even recommended an excellent water extraction company for my carpets that were soaked from the waterfall of busted pipes. In addition to the above, Miguel several days earlier drove 45 minutes back to to my house at 11 pm to show me how to turn off the main water valve to the house when the house water purifying system sprung 5 high pressure leaks in the PVC pipes and exploded the filter container. It is difficult to find this kind of amazing customer service. He is truly a kind and considerate man. I highly recommend Miguel and Bradford for”

“After looking around and calling many contractors, Miguel stood out amongst the rest. His professionalism, promptness to address my concerns, and fair pricing all were the reasons why I went with All Metroplex Handyman over anyone else. Miguel assessed my water damage situation and gave wonderful advice that I didn't think about myself. He also gladly took on other smaller jobs that needed to be done. Whether you have a small project that you need an experienced hand with, a renovation idea you want to make an reality, or just someone to help you with issues wrong with your home, you want to hire Miguel and his team for the job. I have a few more dreams for my home, and I know All Metroplex Handyman are the contractors I want for any job.”
“I can't say enough good things about Miguel and the work he does. He is professional, reasonable, skilled, and pleasant. I am so grateful to have found him! Seriously, if you need ANYTHING done in/for your home, USE THIS COMPANY! I can not recommend him more highly. I guarantee you'll feel the same way after calling on Miguel to work on your home!”
“Miguel is a top-notch handyman. He has completed four important projects for me- fence repair, bathroom tile and sheetrock repair, and fixing a kitchen cabinet. All done at a fair price and a written estimate he stuck to. Polite and honest. I recommend him to anyone, especially people in Garland.”
“Highly recommend Miguel and his team, they do amazing work!! Very happy of the outcome in my kitchen.”
“I used Miguel to assemble a wooden swing set with monkey bars and a tarp roof for my grandchildren. I was afraid he would change his mind after opening all the boxes and organizing all the screws! Miguel did an excellent job and made me very 😊 definitely will use him again”
“Miguel and his team built me a great new fence with a great paint job. Professional, affordable, clean, and friendly. Thank you for your help I’m looking forward to working with you in the future too.”
“Miguel is a handyman but is lacking in his professionalism. I had him dis-assemble and re-assemble my son's bed because the arm of the bed had to be moved from 1 side to the other. During the work, there was A LOT of noise like something broke but it was the boards falling off the bed. Wish he was a little more gentler with the pieces of the bed. He also used my bathroom without asking. Wish he would have asked. He also sat at my dining table waiting for me to pay the bill, while I stood beside him. Wish he would have asked to sit down instead of just helping himself. He also wore his shoes in my carpeted house. Wish he would have worn shoe covers or taken them off. He completed the job in 1hr for $100. He's definitely a manly man. Just wished he conducted himself a bit more professional. I won't be using him again for that reason. He was affordable though...”
“Would absolutely avoid at all costs. Initially comes off as friendly and knowledable but then completely changes his attitude when the job is done. I'm very disappointed because I thought I found someone trustworthy and fair to use for all of our house needs. I used him for one major project and hired him for two additional projects afterwards. His quality of work on our chimney was an extreme disappointment. When my husband and I went to inspect when he had "finished the job" I discovered he did not even finish the job - he left rotting pieces of wood unreplaced. It's not cheap to get these things done and as much as a business values their hard earned money, so do I. I unfortunately had to call him and argue with him for a ridiculous amount of time to get him to come back and complete the project otherwise he was not going to get paid. He argued that he had already spent enough time here (not even that long, and he completed another small project before that) and if I had sent him complete pictures of the chimney he would've brought enough supplies. Had I known that's what he was going off of to buy supplies then I absolutely would have but as a contractor why would you just go”
“All Metroplex Handyman promptly responded to my inquiry about replacing my attic ladder and provide the most competitive estimate. They installed the ladder and insisted on vacuuming the area to leave it clean. We were very satisfied with their work and would use them again!”
“Miguel built a fence at my moms house and it turned out amazing. I would highly recommend him and his prices are reasonable too.”
