About

Lone Star Luminaires works as handymen out of New Braunfels in Texas. They focus on exterior lighting services along with solar installs, maintenance, and repairs for homes in the area. Their work covers seasonal lighting setups, Christmas displays, gutter cleaning and guards, solar panel cleaning, attic fans, and radiant barriers. As an owner operated outfit with over twenty years in the business, they handle these jobs directly for homeowners across central Texas and nearby spots. This setup keeps things straightforward without extra layers or outside crews showing up on site.

They put up Christmas lighting that creates big displays right by the lake where folks drive through and see the lights reflecting on the water with music playing along. One customer noted the hot chocolate and kettle corn as nice touches during a weekday visit with no lines at all. Others got military discounts and could loop around again without pressure from cars behind them. The team also manages gutter work and solar cleaning as part of their handyman calls, keeping everything running smooth for the season and handling full maintenance on every lighting job so displays stay lit without extra calls.

Customers praise the fair prices that keep costs down, the quality of the light shows that look great across the lake, and how fast they move without making anyone wait. Communication comes through clear on what gets done and the maintenance included every time. Speed and results show up every time in those reviews. DIRT Score 4.97 from 75 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Super cool! Must try! I haven’t been here in ages but they’ve really stepped up their games. I went on a week day. No line to get in, no line for concessions - the hot chocolate and kettle corn were such a great detail and both were excellent. I dont want to ruin it so I won't post my favorite pics or videos but it's all pretty impressive!

What an amazing light show! We had a wonderful time. A lot of work must have gone into the show, and it was absolutely beautiful with it right next to the lake. You had a beautiful view of the lights across the lake as well as the show. Admission was per car, and it was Movie Monday, so we received popcorn! You tune into their radio station, which has 45 minutes of songs that are synced to the lights, turn your headlights off, and drive through. With one admission, you can drive through as many times as you like. We went three times and switched drivers so we both were able to enjoy the show. After the show, you can follow the exit signs and then go left to get hot chocolate and cookies at Sissy's Food Truck, take a picture in the staged photo area, warm around the fire, and watch a movie on the large blow up screen(they even have chairs so bring your blankets to cozy up). What a great experience!

Great price! No wait and no rush from cars behind you, you actually get to enjoy the lights without being rushed thru and they even let you go thru again right after in case you wanna see it again or may have missed something! Military discount offered as well!!

It was an unexpectedly enjoyable experience. We decided to attend as we saw it right across from Santa’s Ranch Christmas Lights. The Light Show with the music was phenomenal. And my little senior pup enjoyed it as well!

Beautiful experience! Nothing beats a hill country Christmas light show! Fun for all! Felt like a new experience each time we drove through. So glad we stumbled upon it! And added bonus, the greeters at the front were so pleasant and my kids loved the Christmas joke. Thank you, Canyon Lake!
