“Very unprofessional, had lots of issues. There address is bogus as I went and they are not there. I requested the owner to call me numerous times and have yet to hear back. The persons who answer the phone is a Tele service so they have 0 info. All in all beware of this company, the work they did is now going to cost me an additional 1k to fix as it will not pass city code. I had a simple under the sink P-trap that needed to be re routed due to a new drop in sink. Took the worker 3 days to complete the task and now I find out that the way he routed or re routed the P-Trap is against city code. I now have 2 P-Traps under my sink…. So it’s gonna cost me to have it all re done.”

Then, when the plumber was at my home, he told me it was $700.00. I declined the job, but anyway, I was forced to pay $149.00 as a service fee. What service? They did not do anything. They threatened me very rudely that they were going to inform a collection company and to destroy my credit. Be aware that they are not either sincere or honest. They only want your money. Do not make any contract with them. Go somewhere else.”
