“What a disappointment. Contracted thru a home warranty company. Showed up early for the appointment without calling. Assessed the fan issue and said they would be back that afternoon. Didn't show up for 2 days and then installed a ceiling fan that looked like they got it at the flea market for $15. The fan looks like it should be in a commercial building or a garage. Told them that I was not satisfied and they basically said "too bad" and then just left. Not only this but they went in the bedroom to install the fan and closed the door. I noticed a chair had been moved and also my computer mouse. It took them approx, 2 hours. Not only is this fan awful looking but it does not cool, I had another fan go out several years ago and it was replaced with a nice fan, This one was also contracted thru the warranty company but from a different vendor. Will not use these people again. Had to give them a star so that it would post.”

“No show, No response over call or text. They are very unprofessional and not worthy of business. I wish I could give them 0 stars. They committed for an appointment date and did not respond on email/ text though I could see they read the texts. They don’t care about customers.”

“Outstanding service. Mr. Herrera came to check the toilet and did not ask for a visit fee until he returned to fix the toilet. He is an honest man. My daughter is a teacher and he made time to fix the toilet after she got of from work . The toilet got fixed. Highly recommend Herrera Handyman services. Thank You”
