“I'm so glad I chose Duct Dudes. I would definitely recommend them. I was working on a tight schedule. Alicia was fantastic. I emailed her last night and she responded right away. She got me scheduled for today. I got a call this morning and they actually arrived 3 hours earlier. He immediately went to work. He took pictures of before and after of the dryer vent to the roof. He replaced the vent tube to the dryer, vacuumed up the lint, and even sprayed a cleaner and washed down the washer and dryer. He was able to take my credit card and he was done in less than an hour. Thanks Duct Dudes.”

Chance and Victor were the technicians that came out for our job. Prior to our appointment time, Chance send me a text letting me know a previous job took a little longer than expected and they were running a few minutes late. Great communication! Upon arrival, they inspected the house layout, what the job entailed, and asked us if we had any concerns or other requests. “Great, great service. Arrived as scheduled, worked tirelessly through 20 vents, cleaned up completely. At end of job, went to hardware store for screws to reattach one vent that was missing a screw. Mike was right on time, cleaned the vents and actually found a wasp nest and took care of it. We sent them a request for an appointment on a Sunday knowing we would probably hear back that next week.
