I collected multiple bids and selected Steven based on a few factors - employee crew with no subcontractors (Sebastian and his nephew Casper were highly efficient while working cleanly and considerately), lifetime warranty, and a thoroughly scoped all-inclusive quote (flat price) laying out each step including sealing & caulking, sanding, Seal-Krete, as much of our selected paint as needed, and walkthroughs both before and after the work. Steven was a proactive communicator and highly responsive by text and call. The project started and completed perfectly on schedule, which is incredibly difficult to predict. Outstanding finished product, exactly what we hoped for. Glad to have worked with Steven and can't recommend enough!”
