“Vince removed 3 existing park benches, assemble the new benches, and installed them with exceptional attention to detail. He arrived on time, communicated well throughout the project, worked eficiently, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. The finished project exceeded by expectations. Everything was installed professionally. The work area was left clean and the new benches look fantastic. “From start to finish Handy Squad is perfection. The initial phone call with Autumn was amazing, she is so warm and kind, I felt like she truly cared and heard all of my concerns. Autumn follows through and returns phone calls and makes the process easy. Donnie then came out to our house, genuinely a great man, he gave us an upfront quote and that is exactly what we paid, no hidden fees. Then came Ed, such an amazing person who worked so hard. He would not call it a day until he felt comfortable with his work, he had such integrity and he was happy to answer my billions of questions while he worked. Handy squad is forever our only call when services are needed, we are now life long customers due to the integrity and warmth all around, it felt like family that had a genuine concern for our best interest at heart. Thank you all and God bless, We had an issue with water coming under the door, Autumn and Brandon scheduled us so quickly and Ed was able to come out within a few hours to fix everything!! Thank you all so so much Update: we still love the company and think highly of them we are just sad to hear that the warranty is not one year, we called twice due to water intrusion under the door, now we. Have other issues. We understand we have been told that everything that could have been done to seal the bottom of the door was done, but we had to hire another company to come in and now have more fees. The door has gaps and we can see the daylight and now there is some humidity coming through the top trim that was not nailed down. We still think they do try to help as much as possible, but now we have additional issues that are not covered under a year warranty”

“Had to cover a hole made by squirrels in my siding outside my house. Work took around 30 minutes. I paid $259 and didn’t have any painting done. Repairman was very friendly, kind, and did a good job. I’m handicapped and 73 years old. They did give me a senior discount ; otherwise it would have been even more expensive. I had no choice but pay for the work done. It was way too expensive for someone on a fixed income and no one to help them.”

“Ed Geiman was our technician that handled our project. We had a kitchen light, 3 pendant lights, dining room light, foyer chandelier, dining room chair rail and painting and a door frame encased. Ed and Benny we very courteous and efficient. The work was completed in 2 days. From the salesman, Donnie, to the office, Autumn, all were great to work with. I will definitely be using them again”
