“He did not do a good job, not find the detail and also while he was leaving my apartment almost got hit by three other cars driving down the road just because he was trying to get out of there fast and does not handle business. Well, If you confront him about anything that you disagree with him he Storms are and starts cursing and saying racial wordsAnd if you don’t like what he has to say He just leaves can I pay half down”

“We contacted Leo to repair some damaged fascia on our historic two story house in the Jefferson area. Upon inspection, he pointed out several additional areas that needed remediation and also found a roof defect that was allowing roof rats into our attic. We had previously paid two exterminator companies for exclusion services and neither had identified this issue. After our initial meeting Leo came back with a detailed estimate and a very fair price. Leo and his helper worked very efficiently and quickly fixed our wood repair issues and had all of the necessary skills to fix our side patio (concrete pad repair and replacing damaged Saltillo tile). In addition, they replaced the masonry cap on a retaining wall for the flower bed next to our repaired patio slab. All of this work was professionally executed and in a timely fashion.
