“Guardian coated the concrete of our covered back patio and front porch and entryway plus garage and driveway. The work was split over two days with a weekend between so that we could access our home as the concrete cured. Both crews of guys arrived as promised, were courteous in communicating and cleaning up, and did an excellent job getting the work completed on time. I absolutely love the Creekbed flake color, which Eric helped me choose after I changed my mind a couple of times. We are really enjoying the finished spaces, thank you!”

“Here’s a polished review you can post online, along with a suggestion for adding your photos: I am very satisfied and happy with the final results of the hard work that was done to my Ramada floor in my backyard and my front entry. There was a lot of demo work that had to be done because the previous company that installed the mud epoxy damaged my floor due to improper processing, poor prep work, and poor workmanship. My concrete had damage and many areas that needed detailed attention and repair. Guardian Garage and their hardworking employees were able to revive my floor, salvage the concrete, and make everything look beautiful again. Thank you, Guardian Garage, for the hardworking team and the great quality work you accomplished. I truly appreciate the professionalism, attention to d”

“We got our garage floor done and they did an amazing job. From start to finish, they were very professional, friendly and did a great job explaining the process and care once the floor was done. We are extremely happy with our new floor!”

“Just got this installed on all my cement and I am loving this Guardian Garage AZ flooring so far! My installers Derrick, Nate, and Moses did an amazing job. Not only is it beautiful, it doesn’t get hot, even in direct sunlight at over 100 degrees outside, it’s still cool to walk on barefoot. I noticed my garage temps went way down too. Pretty cool! 😎”

“I have a new build home and I knew I wanted to have the garage floors "epoxied" but didn't know much about the process or product. It seems like every company offers a "lifetime warranty" and low prices, but they weren't interested in helping me understand the product or their service/process. Guardian sent Zach to our home for a consultation and he explained what the typical epoxy floors are, and why Guardian is different. They came in at a bit of a higher price point than some other competitors, but in reality those other companies aren't true competition: Guardian has a skilled and dedicated crew, operates successfully in several states, uses proprietary materials and has been around long enough for their lifetime warranty to actually mean something! The team showed up promptly at 7am o”

“Guardian did an absolutely fabulous job on my outdoor patio and our soon to be home, About 2000 ft.². They showed up on time with a large enough crew that they knocked it out in good time and it looks absolutely fabulous. The only complaint that I have is the cost is high, but the trade-off is I should never ever have to do anything to this floor ever again and if something happens to it, they will come fix it. I elected not to do my 2000 square-foot garage just because I couldn’t justify spending an extra 10+ thousand dollars”

“This has been the best experience! Our patio was badly in need of updating, nothing has been done since the house was built. The Guardian team was efficient, arrived on time every time, and their work was superb. They arranged for concrete repair and grinding off the old finish, and prepping the concrete for application of the finish. The finish is all we expected - it's beautiful, not slick when it rains, and it was ready for us to use the next afternoon. Very pleased with the final results and highly recommend Guardian!”

“Not epoxy. Polyaspartic flooring. 1 day, not 3 days. A little pricier than epoxy. Life time warranty. Transferable (at this time). Great experience. My only complaint is that Guardian couldn't install my flooring sooner. Team Leader Michael knew his stuff. Quick. Efficient. Arrived on time. Finished on time. The transformation was amazing. I wish that all contractor experiences was like this one. Explained every step. Great experience.”

“My sidewalks and patio looked terrible with peeling and stained paint. I called Guardian Garage Floors hoping they would be able to offer a solution. The representative was friendly, helpful, helped me pick the right color for my home (which also helped with HOA approval) and gave me an estimate that was well within my budget. The 3 man crew (Alex, Mike and Devin) arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do, and went straight to work. They were clean, efficient, and very detailed. My sidewalks and patio are beautiful now; even my neighbors are impressed. I would highly recommend their product and service.”

“I had a phenomenal experience from Guardian upgrading my pool patio area. Derrick and his 2 man crew showed up right on time and went directly to work. The quality of the work was outstanding. They completed the project by mid afternoon, cleaned everything up, and were gone. My Wife can’t believe the difference. I highly recommend Guardian. Their staff is professional, and the cost for the project came in less than I expected! 5 Stars for sure!”
