“BEWARE. Called Gladstone Plumbing. A guy from another company shows up to give me a quote. Was not in a Gladstone truck and did not have a Gladstone uniform. Tried to visit their office at 701 E Main St, Tomball and there were no signs or office for Gladstone Plumbing. They charged for the estimate and my credit card was billed by Premier Home Services. It appears they are brokering plumbing services which they did not disclose over the phone.”

“DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!! They made me pay a $450 service fee before giving me any estimate on when a plumber could come. I didn’t hear anything back the first day about when a technician would come. I called back the second day to express my frustration and was told a customer service manager would call soon. No calls. I called again on the third day and was told the same. No calls. On the fourth day I called back and asked for a refund since I hadn’t yet received service and another plumber had come. They said they’d file my complaint and a customer service manager would call back to issue a refund. Surprise, surprise, NO CALLS!!!! Another plumber came and fixed all 7 of my pipe breaks for less than $450. Call literally anyone but this plumber.”
