They are always on time, answer my hundreds of questions, and are super friendly. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they always tell me the truth and are so affordable. I called Tuesday evening to ask for an appointment Wednesday morning, due to having to wait for my pay to deposit. Jay offered advice to help me try to defrost the coils and not suffer too much over night, then scheduled me for the next morning. The technician showed up at the exact time, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and had cold air blowing again in less than an hour. “I orginally contacted several HVAC companies through google and Abilene Heating and Cooling was the first to respond (within minutes) the next closest competitor took over 4 hours. I knew in advance that my AC was done for. They came and gave me very good estimates for a new unit + installation. They were not the lowest or the highest price wise but a solid middle ground. Jay had a team install the new units in a timely manner. He also verified that all of my existing drainage was cleared (had an issue with my line being clogged and backing up with water) I have since used him again on my 2nd AC unit when the fan went out on it. He responded to my message and within the hour he had driven to my house and identified the problem. Fixed this new and separate issue with no hassle. Customer for life!
