“This is a great little place to stay, short term or long term. The Hendrix are great people and take care of the place very well. It's quiet and, imo, a safe, pleasant place to stay.”

“Terrible place, owner is terrible person, I stayed here and within first day my trailer was infested with fleas, every time I walked on grass, I brought in more fleas, I don’t have pets, and had to fight fleas here on my spot I rented, I told owner / manager about possibly spraying or helping me out with moving to another lot or even help with yard treatment she ignored me .i do not recommend this place, after u pay money for rent, management changes personality , all I wanted was a clean place, after spendings several dollars on treatment for lawn, she wouldn’t help or move me, or even care to listen, I decided to leave with no partial refund or anything, so beware of bad management and deceit”
