“I would strongly caution anyone considering this HVAC company. I initially called them out to diagnose an issue, and they told me the valve needed to be replaced. Trusting their expertise, I scheduled a follow-up appointment for Wednesday and rearranged my work schedule to be home. The morning of, I called to confirm—only to be told I was actually scheduled for the following day. No one had communicated this change to me. I had already moved meetings and disrupted my day for nothing. Frustrated, I decided to get a second opinion. Another company came out and determined that the valve was actually working fine—the real issue was a leak. In other words, the original diagnosis I was given was completely wrong. This raises serious concerns. At best, this company is careless and lacks basic competence. At worst, it feels like a deliberate attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs and take advantage of customers who trust their judgment. To make matters worse, I was still billed $135 for a “diagnosis” that was clearly inaccurate, along with threats of interest and attorney fees if I didn’t pay promptly. Rather than continue dealing with the hassle, I paid it—but that doesn’t make it right. There was no acknowledgment of the mistake, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Just a charge and a shrug. Take your business elsewhere. This experience showed a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and integrity.”
