“I know that Home Warranty companies and technology don't always interface. With that being said, we tried for 4 days to contact this company to come out and fix our air conditioner as the warranty company had set up the work order. I do understand technological issues. However, when a call was finally returned, the gentleman said he never received the work order or any messages. The warrany company confirmed it had been placed and received. The gentleman, Barry, hung up on me mid sentence while I was trying to explain the situation and that we already had fixed the problem ourselves. Also, AI is used for the receptionist and you have to wait for a human to return your call. I do not recommend this company. I wish them the best.”

“Had a great experience with this company. Needed a lot of work done on an old house with a system from 1985. Needed a full replacement including ducts. Had 6 companies give me quotes and Air-Tex beat them and gave me a better more efficient system. Great company! CD was great to work with and his team are friendly, informed and liked my dogs. That means the world to me. Thanks Air-Tex!!”

“The best Hvac people I've ever worked with . I've been a Realtor for over 20 years and have dealt with many HVAC companies . Never have I had fairer prices, quicker service and more knowledgable technicians. Barry and his crew always know how to repair the unit and the least expensive route to go . In blazing heat in the summer they work tirelessly to get someone's unit working so the homeowner can get cool . Same in the winter with heat. I call them heros because if your unit has ever been out and your at home burning up or freezing in the winter and you see them drive up the same day , I think you will agree with me ! They are nothing less than heroic Jamie Arnold”

“My landlord had them come out twice now to fix the same issue that’s still not fixed the 1st time they cleaned the coiled and put in a filter and recently not even 2 weeks later a different guy came out claiming dirty filter that was just replaced July 25th 2025 the first time they came out. And this time he said someone put too much coolant in the unit so he released it in to the air outside and left claiming fixed! Here is the day after and my unit is set to 75 yet it doesn’t shut off at all and keeps climbing in temperature today it got to 84 degrees yet it’s set at 75! These guys are completely clueless as to how to figure out what is wrong and how to fix it! 3 different guys in less then a month and it’s still not fixed! I would not recommend them at all!”

“Barry was recommended to us by our realtor when we bought our house. We’ve used them for a few small replacement parts here and there, and just had a complete replacement of the HVAC unit done. They’re all just really great people! On time or early, they’ve always show up quickly no matter what kind of job it is, very communicative, very friendly, and helped us out with financing options! We appreciate them very much and will continue to use them for as long as we can!”
