“This is the place to go if you need anything tactical or just tools you can use around the house for self protection. Staff is generally friendly and willing to help depending who you get. However, one of them in particular will look at you as if you're stupid if you don't know exactly what model, model number, or sizes etc. you're asking about. I know a little about a lot of things, but I don't sell this merchandise.”
