“If I could give zero stars I would. NEVER go to this doctor. He is awful. He asked questions and didn’t let me answer before talking over me. He called me a “thing” instead of a person. He violated me. I cried the whole time and no compassion was given. I went to beg for his help and I was treated like a bug he could step on. Hendrick monopolized this city and so their doctors think they can do whatever they want. His nurse will probably be on his side because her job depends on it and her paycheck comes from working with him. But I left crying after crying the whole appointment. I had a boot on from foot surgery 2 weeks ago and was shown no careful consideration not to hurt me. I was humiliated. I hate this doctor and would say don’t ever ever go here”

“When you think going to a surgeon means you'll have surgery, think again. Dr. Kendrick took time to examine me and make the appropriate diagnosis with treatment, none of which included surgery. His experience and knowledge were definitely beneficial to me.”

“He does not spend enough time with family nor patients. he has a horrible bed side manner. he did not inform our family my mom was having another procedure. he said my mom was in her right mind to make decisions. my mom is not close to being in her right mind and can not and does not want to make decisions. He is a good surgeon or whatever I suppose but he should work on his attitude”
