“What a horrifying experience it is to see the destruction a busted frozen pipe can cause. Didn’t know what to do other than contact my insurance company. They assigned Servpro to come clean up the mess and never having experienced this disaster, I didn’t know what to expect. Met Chena and Greg. “Extremely disappointing experience — would not recommend. My dad and grandmother had an insurance claim and Servpro was hired to remove the damaged flooring and cabinets. They came in, tore out the floors, and left them with exposed unfinished concrete for over 6 months — and the situation is still not resolved. They also removed kitchen cabinets due to water damage, leaving their kitchen mostly unusable for the same extended period of time. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that both of them are elderly and have been dealing with health concerns that we believe are being affected by the dust and conditions from the unfinished flooring. A company handling restoration work should help restore a home, not leave vulnerable homeowners living in an unfinished and unhealthy environment for months on end. The lack of completion, communication, and urgency has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend Servpro to anyone looking for reliable restoration services. If you expect the job to actually be finished, I would think twice before hiring this company.”
