Target Air
HVAC Contractor · Abilene, TX
About
Target Air runs an HVAC operation based in San Antonio, Texas. The company focuses on heating and cooling systems for local homes and small commercial spots where the heat and humidity hit hard most of the year. San Antonio weather forces air conditioners to run nonstop from spring through fall, and units wear out quicker than in cooler regions. Homeowners here deal with frequent breakdowns, high energy bills, and the need for steady maintenance to avoid full replacements during the worst months. Target Air handles those demands with straightforward service calls and repairs.
They perform standard HVAC tasks like installing new units, fixing broken compressors, recharging refrigerant, cleaning coils, and tuning thermostats. Crews show up for emergency no-cool calls in the summer when temperatures climb past ninety degrees and indoor air turns unbearable. Work often involves checking duct leaks that let cool air escape into attics, replacing worn capacitors that stop fans from turning, and balancing airflow so every room stays even. Technicians test systems after each visit to confirm they run without short cycling or strange noises that signal bigger problems ahead.
Customers give Target Air steady marks for quick response times when units fail on the hottest days, solid repair quality that lasts, and fair pricing without surprise add-ons. Communication stays clear on what needs fixing and how long the job will take. The volume of reviews shows the company handles volume without cutting corners on the basics. What Customers Say
“I am a regular Target customer who is new to the area. The good thing about this Target is that the employees here are very friendly and welcoming. I have been greeted multiple times while in the store. The reason for docking a couple of stars is due to the very limited selection at this Target, especially in the food/grocery section. There is almost no frozen food, just one small section of an aisle I believe. As far as I know, I didn’t see any fresh produce. This Target also doesn’t carry a lot of my favorite protein snacks. I can’t really shop here for a quick grocery pick up for dinner, which sucks because the Walmart close by gets super busy. I also did not see Oxyclean being sold in the cleaning supplies section which really surprised me. Also, this is not the cleanest Target out there. I was shocked when walking through the health and beauty department to see a pile of products on the floor. That being said, I can’t hold this against the employees too much because 1.) they may be understaffed and 2.) the customers here need to do better. Treat the store with respect. There is no reason to be throwing things onto the ground when shopping. Once again, fantastic customer service and that alone is the only reason I’ll be back.”
“Really love this store! Almost every shelf was well stocked, Super nice employees, and overall good prices!! Always end up spending a bit more than anticipated tho lol 😂 There's also a Starbucks at the entrance, I don't drink coffee, but it's there for anyone who does! Anyway, there's a bit of everything here! Definitely check it out if you're in the area! 🎯”
“I mean damn is anyone responsible for recovery in the clothing areas?”
“Y’all have to do something about the bathroom here. This might be a corporate-wide issue because I have never been into a decently clean Target bathroom. But this visit was a new kind of awful. I walked into the women’s restroom today and, as usual, dirty floors with a horrific smell. I tried to look past this since I’m 5 hrs into a 6-hr roadtrip. But no. When I looked into the 1 unoccupied stall, I witnessed what can only be described as the 9th circle of Hell. I literally gagged and nearly vomited as I rushed out the door. I would rather soil myself, roll around in it, then bathe in a tub of mutant leeches than use the restroom here. And just knowing the horror hidden behind that door makes me not want to step foot inside the store at all. Y’all have to do something about this. It’s a health hazard.”
“Clean store, everything is put up I see why they like to shop here, maybe a little more expensive but it's also for the experience of having things in order. Big selection of women's clothes and house decor. Wife likes it if we have time we always take a last stop visit.”
