“Love this local business! Not only do they offer fast internet for an affordable price, they also offer a personal touch. The installer was kind and careful to clean up after himself (I certainly can't say the same of other companies who have been setting up other services in our new house!). They sent a personal email to check in after they got me all set up and a postcard with real signatures from their team. Small personal touches go a long way with me. 💜”

“Worst internet provider. Wylie area of Abilene, over 4 years of outages and slow internet. We pay for the highest plan, yet don’t receive fast internet. Weekly outages in our neighborhood. If there was another option we would have switched. Some employees give honest information about the internal problems with equipment. Others act like we are complaining over nothing. No refunds given for days and days of service outages and not receiving high speed internet. Currently we have no internet and I was a planned outage that they didn’t bother warning customers about. So outdated and unacceptable business practices. I see that Taylor Telecom only responds to favorable reviews, so we’ll see…”

“Had my internet reinstalled on my new house today. I’m already a huge fan of Taylor telecom. I have had all brands and types of internet living out in the country and Taylor telecom fiber is the best we’ve ever had. On this latest reinstall on our new home, we got to see Cliff and Parker. Cliff installed the last time and it was a pleasure to see him again. Cliff and Parker went above and beyond to make the install look neat and orderly. They even helped me get my shop internet going. They were super early and even with me talking their ears off, they installed everything rather quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and left it as if they weren’t even here. I don’t want my internet to go down, but if it allows the opportunity to see Cliff and Parker again, I’ll look forward to it.”

“Honest review here... I have had taylor telecom internet for a year now, never had any problems with my service. HOWEVER, fast forward to now, I have slow speeds, a technician came out same day, told us to "Keep track and take pictures of the speeds, keep making reports." No fix, no ideas what could be wrong, nothing. A few days later, made another report of basically no internet at all. Called tech support, who could not even find my router when he ran a test the connection was so low, but today there are no technicians available until next week, a ticket is put in, and now we just wait for availabilty. If there was any other service in my area, Id switch... Getting any resolution is more difficult than just dealing with the slow speeds and paying premium prices.”
