“My experience was good up until they decided to hire a bunch of us just to turn around and fire everyone. They don't check your background before hiring you and then they'll turn around and fire you because of it. Then they sit there and tell you you passed your background but a week later fire you because "they hired to many people" but when I was getting my onboarding done there the supervisor was literally in a meeting talking about she needs more people she needs more people. Y'all are bullshit.”

“They posted me for a job at the new AI data center a week before my start date the day of orientation I go there just to get told that the job is canceled mind you I quit my previous job because this job was in my hand at least that’s what I was told with not one person from Elwood contacting me to tell me things had changed when I could have kept the job I had with the city making $18.50hr but I left because $20.00hr with for sure 40 hours plus overtime was granted through this agency which now I’m on my 2 week of unemployment because they lack communication with their employees it’s unacceptable.”
