What Customers Say

Clean, plenty of jumping opportunities for all types of jumpers. Staff was helpful and kind. Not many other kids there, but if your child can entertain himself -it is a good place to go.

Our family purchased three races and pizza during our visit. We checked in about 90 minutes prior to our scheduled race time and were told our race would begin at 5:30. We also ordered pizza, however it did not arrive until over an hour later. By the time the pizza was ready, it was already time for our races. The staff did refund the pizza and later sold it to another family, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, there were several families waiting to race around the same time, and it appeared there was a scheduling mix up. One of the owners informed us that we were next in line, and initially I was very understanding of the situation. As a business owner myself, I know that unexpected issues can happen and I could see the staff was dealing with a lot of frustrated customers. The reason for my review is the way the situation was handled toward the end of our visit. I calmly requested a refund for the face masks and other items we were unable to use since we did not get the opportunity to race. During this interaction, one of the owners became noticeably frustrated and spoke to me in a way that felt unprofessional. I also mentioned that I had previously left a positive review for the business, hoping to express that I had supported them before. Unfortunately, my comment was met with a mocking response, which was disappointing and unexpected. I was also asked if I still had the bags the masks came in so they could be resold. Unfortunately, I did not. However, reselling those items would not seem sanitary for the next guests purchasing them. My suggestion would be to pause selling race packages when the schedule becomes too full and ensure staff are properly trained on managing scheduling and customer concerns when issues arise. Many families were requesting refunds during our visit, and unfortunately several staff members appeared frustrated with customers as a result. To one of the owners specifically: I was excited to visit based on the positive reviews I had read beforehand, and I do want to thank you for being kind to my family when we first arrived. I understand the stress you were under, but the way customers are spoken to does leave a lasting impression. Because of this experience and the interaction that followed, I have decided to retract my previous positive review. My hope is that this feedback helps improve the experience for future families visiting the facility. Signed, the family from Austin, Tx

Bryce is truly the MVP of Adventure Park! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure my daughter, my cousin, and I were taken care of. He was attentive, kind, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Not only did he make sure everything ran smoothly for us, but he also took great care of my cousins family making sure everyone felt welcomed and accommodated. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about creating a great experience, and Bryce absolutely does. Adventure Park is lucky to have him on their team. Thank you, Bryce, for your outstanding customer service and for making our visit so memorable! We will definitely be back.

The owner was very rude. Watched her pull a maybe 4 or 5 year old girl to the side, made her very upset and then the girl left crying. I hope she let her mom know what the owner said to her. If you have children that come here for a job or to have fun - please protect them from that nasty owner. She was very disrespectful and not happy at all to help us. She was yelling at her teen staff who were more than happy to help before she walked up and started nagging at them. She was more than happy to argue with me as well. Very unclean place. I saw duct tape holding up security ropes. Not worth the over $200 we spent for 2 hrs. Edit to add: if you notice the sign that states they have ac up front. They do not! Just sitting on the sidelines while kids jump is hotttttt and sweaty! Also confused about the no running rule for an..indoor park?? Kids fall. Best for it to happen on those soft mats opposed to the concrete outside!

We love Formula Fun! We celebrated my 10 year old's birthday party here today and the kids had a blast. There were plenty of fun things to do, the facility felt clean, smelled nice, and was well maintained. Some older kids were starting trouble and the staff was quickly on top of things, which made me feel safe and reassured. We come for fun often and am really pleased with the recent change and upgrades from being Maxx Air.
